Alexz nodded back at Zekk in acknowledgement and turned to Cyprus. Hearing his thoughts slightly angered her, were women not capable of doing anything without a male's aid?
"Helping us because we are women? What exactly does that mean, Cyprus?" she asked, arching her eyebrow at his foolish thinking.

Cyprus looked at her for a moment."I didn't mean like that. Besides women are smarter than most men anyways. I simply meant I have a weak spot for women and most of you are all women and I might be of some assistance, but if you don't want me to help i won't.", Cyprus said in a serious voice. Not too serious but just right to state that he meant what he said.

Zekk smirked, how could anyone be so foolish as to offer help to them because they were women? He knew all to well that women could take care of themselves and others, they were more capable in many different areas.
Zekk turned to Neko, "Would there be some place to stash Saylis, or would I have to take her back to the Hordes?"

Saria felt put upon from all sides even though in reality that wasn't really true. Remembering that there was a phycic in the room she automatically raised a strong gaurd on her thoughts just in case.
She should have checked her mail more often. She thought about telling Neko that she had kinda been in a comma for over six months and had sorta been out of things, but that wouldn't excuse much and it might cause more trouble than it resolved. She sighed and didn't look at anyone, instead resting her eyes on a strange stain on the floor.
"I am sorry." She said quietly. "For everything. I truly didn't know about everything going on, but that is no excuss; I should have paid better attention. I still don't think that anyone saw me, or that it was my fault, but at this time that might just end up being a mute point. I am sorry I didn't talk to you Neko, and again Saylis I am sorry for causing you distress as well."
Saria finally raised her eyes and gave Zekk an appaulagetic and sincere look with her eyes. "And Zekk I appologize to you too. I hope you guys can forgive me. I still don't agree with everything you guys have said to me... I really think it was more of them getting to close to Mauser, but if I did cause trouble directly in that regaurd I appolagize for that too."
Saria pressed her lips together scanning the faces around her breifly after adressing Zekk and then finishing her spaeach staring vaguely at the table. Now she looked up at Neko. She let the gaurd down somewhat on her mind, so that someone might look at what she was thinking at the moment if they wished, but that she would be notified and could think of something else if she needed to. She really liked her and appreciated all that she did even if she didn't always agree with her. She understood much of what she did for them, though not all, and she perhaps didn't always show enough gratitude.
I am sorry for speaking harshly to you. For the most part you are right about things. I should have paid more attention to recent goings on as much as possible. You do alot for us by the way, and I don't know if I have ever told you how much I apreciate it. I think all of us often owe the elders more than we realize. I am willing to help however I can and be more careful and talk to you and keep you informed. I will help however I can, even if I don't like the methode. I will also be providing my own imput and opinion. I respect you a lot Neko, but I am not a blind follower, which you probably know." Saria Said continuing to look at Neko, not caring what the others overheard.
"I am sorry you had to dig me out of a pile of rubble, but I wasn't there because I had been drunk. I hadn't been drunk since near the beggining of the battle, although it shows a lack of caution on my part for ever being drunk in the first place and I acknowledge that. I know at times I need to be more careful. But Neko I was there because I want I care about the people around me, exspecially my friends and loved ones, and they almost always come first before my self on many occasions despite what the wisdom of that choice might be. I care about you and Saylis and many others here in New York, Demon and non-Demon a like and will do what I can to help you and would appreciate your imput and guidence where you may give it, even if I reserve the right to occasionally disagree. I know this probably sounds like a stupid speach but it also probably is long overdue." Saria stood up, went over and gave Neko a hug.
"Thank you for all of your help since I have come to New York. I am sorry I caused trouble." Saria released her and stood back. "So what are we going to do?"

Zekk smiled softly, "One can only expect as much from one as, over exuberant and curious as yourself sometimes." He nodded to her, "Forgiven." He looked toward Neko, "It seems as if you need a new plan."

Walking in she pushed past Zekk and the others without even a nod. Going right to the bar she got a small something since on the way here her stomach desided to be a pain and make her throw up at least five times. Turning around with a glass of water and some toast she saw Zekk.
Openning her mouth to say Hi she snapped it shut, she was in no mood to talk right now. She gave him a look instead that hopefully said something along the lines of 'I-would-say-Hi-and-start-up-a-nice-conversation-but-I-don't-feel-like-I-should-say-anything-to-you-and-I'm-desiding-weather-or-not-to-ignore-you-totally-and-pay-attention-to-that-annoying-brat-Saria-or-just-go-over-to-Mommy-and-hug-her-for-no-reason-what-so-ever'...

Neko hugged Saria back, surprised by the show of affection. "I don't WANT you all to be blind followers, but I do want you all to know that everything I do, I do for a reason. And it's alright, this may be salvageable, yet." Thinking for a moment, the elder's face lit up as she thought upon a good idea.
"Yes, Mauser now knows that some Tainted have been roaming around where he's been hiding, but he probably doesn't know what kind of Tainted. I want you all to go back there, in your animal forms, and search around. You too, Cyprus, and Saria, if you want to go. I still have the shirt so you can get Lydia's scent. Zekk, I'll take care of Saylis, as I have a room in the back that should serve nicely for her at the moment." Even occupied as she was, Neko waved as Raven came in.

Zekk smirked, "Interesting idea." He nodded, it could work, "Perhaps if we could managed to find Dust, she is a Crow animalian. A birds eye view would be helpful, wouldn't you say." He prodded the sleeping pup, it yawned and wagged its tail lightly still half asleep. Zekk walked over to Raven, "You wouldn't happen to know where we could find the little crow would you?"

Biting her toast she stared at the people in front of her. 'ya duh do you know who your talking to!!?' *sigh* 'if only they could read minds wait why would I want them to read my mind!!'
Shaking her head angrily she saw Zekk turn away thinking she had said that she didn't know where Dust was, "Gosh dang it you!!! .... *clears throat cause it sounds like a freight train* sorry... *holds up a hand* I'm good now..."
Glaring at Zekk she turned to Neko and addressed her, "I know where Dust is, she's mooning over Luna ((duh!!)). Though she's gone Dust seems not to really care. *sigh* Oh well if you want me to get her I will. Just," Turns back to the bar, "Let me finish my water and toast, so my stomach doesn't deside to hate you *looks at Saria and others* durring this lovely conversation and make Neko get a mop."

Saria blinked. Raven was very interesting sometimes. ((Saylis!! I got the job with the undead!!)) " Alright then Neko, but perhaps the wolfs should illusion themselves to look a little more like dogs. It would be a little noticeable if we had wolfs running around, and perhaps Shamas and I should hang back a bit or-" Saria grinned and got a brilliant Idea. "Shamas is going to hate me for this, but if you guys prettended to be dogs and chase us, and maybe the kittens might help to, then we could get where we wanted fast and have an excuss for being places in strange company. You guys can search around outside and places and after 'chasing us' to different windows or buildings some of us could explore some of the buildings themselves. Not all of the cats have to be chased in the same place, and some of us might not need to be chaced at all, but near certain buildings, being chased by dogs is much less suspicious than prancing around all to intelligently."
Saria gave an appoligetic look towards Zekk's pup."Not that all animals are unintelligant or anything, but mortals seem to generally think that they are. What do you say we all take a chapter out of some of our more animal sides. It is just a suggestion, and might even just be a back up plan if anyone sees us walking together and wonders why the cats are hanging with the 'dogs'."

Cyprus stood still hearing Saria's words he finally spoke out,"Ok I could try my best to look like a dog but I can guarantee that the dog I could try to pose as will be an average dog size. Since my Demon appearance as a wolf is a lot larger than a normal average wolf, it will be a lot harder for me to sustain an average dog size. I know there are some dogs that are like Great Dane's bigger than an average dog as well. I could try to appear as one of them.", he said quickly just to let them know of they wanted him to he would help.

"Now we're getting somewhere!" Neko said, pleased with this discussion. "Even if you wolves don't disguise yourselves, in the dark, you would be mistaken for huskies or other large dogs so long as you don't get close. I'm not too keen on the chasing idea, but it might come in handy if someone comes close to being discovered."

"I would be at best in the shadows due to the size of my demon appearance in size. Also I look more like a mortal than a Demon when I'm in my normal form, and whoever these people are have never seen me before. They will have no idea who I am. They might be able to tell who what I am by scent, unless I bury my scent by the scent of mortals. I would have to hang around a lot of mortals at one time though.", Cyprus replied to her because he knew it was the truth.

Zekk chuckled slightly, "In my current state, I doubt that chasing anything would be healthy for the one that I would be chasing." He looked at Saria almost pointedly. "Orial would be another matter, he only listens to Saylis, and does as she asks only perhaps three-quarters of the time. He is one of the better assets to this however. Mortals cannot see him unless they are dying, and as he is pure spirit passing through walls is another boon to him existing."
Saylis rolled over in her sleep, the pup had been licking her fingers again. Zekk growled at him, the pup whined and scooted away from Saylis.
Zekk looked at Cyprus, "A wolf and a dog are in the same family and are identical in many faucets, wolves are simply wild and dogs are tamed." Zekk shifted forms, into a wolf, after a few minor alturations to a second illusion he could pass as a large husky, if not examined too closely. He licked his lips and sat paciently, if they were going to do this then they best get heading.

Cyprus tightened his fist just a little bit when he heard what Zekk said about Saria. He listened to him with open ears though."Wolves and dog are the same. One is untamed and free. While dogs are domesticated. A Husky originated from a wolf.", Cyprus said aloud just referring to what Zekk told him."I have never had to use my demon form except once, to win a serious fight. I had to kill all witnesses.", Cyprus said again.
