Why in the hell would I do that? Everyone else is at a disadvantage if you can't break genjutsu from someone of the same rank with kai... then again I'm pretty rusty with Naruto, I can't remember rules and the like. You could tell me the sky is green and I'd believe it in this universe. xD

Haha it's not that serious. I intended to lose... we already discussed Hazukan was going to teach me Hyouton techniques. x3
The rules here don't say anything on the use of Kai. I just assumed. xD

Honestly, if we used many other guild's rules on kai, it's ridiculous how easy genjutsu is to beat. That's why there aren't that many genjutsu users out there. :/
