@ Skotti: Yes, I am serious. It's actually a good system, and a lot of the Role Players in that Guild actually Role Play a little better- Like, they make better characters, and some of them even write better now. My crew seems to like it, and if they approve then it works.
And it never takes more than an hour, so sit tight.
@ Aly: Yep! And it's an idea that I came up with to the Captain at the time (Inyl Chilar), and she liked the idea. Hell, the whole crew liked the idea. So now we use it!
It's a perfect way for RPers to become better Character Creators, and it has actually inspired more people in there to play fair.

And hey, if it doesn't work for you guys then I can collaborate with you guys to try and find a new method! If it works, then I'll know that my idea was a good idea!
And I have some very obvservant people on my Crew, so it just makes it even better!
@ Skotti: Truth be told, that's one of the reasons why I told you guys I'm captain of C.H.A.O.S, because we're all some pretty Elite RPers in this Guild (The Black Ops) anyway I thought it would bring the RP section(s) (We have two RP sections) back to life.

Edit: Status of your character sheet, Skotti, Crew member Crimson has it. He's hopefully going to send it to Vice Captain Sakura next. After it gets to her, I'm going to just have them accept it, because some of the other crew currently isn't around. And if we wait for them, then it'll take too long.

I'll tell you how it works and thanks again. As C.H.A.O.S guild, I might join as I wrote before...it just I tend to take my time and pick things a part putting together a con's and pro's list.
However after hearing about your roleplay character management, I think its a good idea.

@ Aly: Well, take your time! Obviously we're going nowhere (but crazy).
And yeah, it really was a good idea. Because now we don't get very many complaints that "someone isn't RPing fairly", or "this person is a total Twitard, let's flame them" all that stuff. We also give some constructive criticism if the user asks for it from us personally. It actually really has helped improve them.

Well at this moment in our guild we're still really small, so my captain wants to put a hold on the idea. Which means she'll consider three months from now. I'm sorry I can't give you response sooner than that.
However hearing all this good stuff about it. I think, it will do well within our guild.
I saw something similar in another guild. Where each person write up they're profile with a given form, creates they're own thread for the character and then two people from the crew cut it up and go over the character with a fine toothed comb. Its harsh, since one plays bad cop and the other plays mildly bad cop. However they are cutting back on the amount of the unfair role playing complaints at least that is what one guild members told me when I pm'ed them about it.

Yeah, we don't do the whole "Good cop/Bad Cop" thing anymore because people couldn't handle the bad cop (I was the bad cop).
lol Funny story, actually! A girl asked for criticism about her character (which was a total Stu, by the way),. . . Lmao!! She ran off and decided she was going to throw a b***h-fit and widely b***h about it in the General Discussion forum of the Guild. The Captain got SO pissed off at her! But, of course, the right thing to do was admit fault to it, and I did. But the girl still got in trouble, since she literally asked for it.
A day later, the girl ever-so-dramatically "quit RPing", and the second I became Captain she hasn't been active. At all. lol!!!
I would ban her for inactivity, but she'd find a way to make it seem like "I'm after her".

Lol...Sounds like she got some issues. However eventually I'm sure you guys can remove her. I was thinking of asking to add the profile things to the guild, I've vice of. Though it to much clutter after awhile, since sometimes people decide they want a different character, etc; they need to make another thread and then another thread. Its get too messy.
Anyway, hopefully I'll be able to think up a good thing to post this evening...or rather later.

Towards that particular role play I have a invest to make. I have yet to do, having gone over the newest addition several times. Unfortunately, I have yet to get over that bit of writer's block. A hurdle I hope to master in the coming night fall and have clearly written something by the next morn or perhaps even sooner, all blessing.

Like, I get this brilliant idea, seems like a brilliant idea at the time, and I realize that it won't work. Soooooo, I kinda give up and sit around with some coffee. . . and maybe fantasize about putting my neighbour in a Guillotine chokehold, because the asshat deserves it for putting his crap behind my garage. . .
