Juliet: If one declared themselves more logical, they wouldn't have been logical in the first place. A logical person knows their place in which everybody is the same in terms of "rank." Nothing. Which is to say, there is no "rank," there's simply humans. We're all humans living together on a single planet. Why not make the best of it while we have the chance? If we were all logical, we'd be friends with everybody for the most part. Of course there'd be different interests, and we'd respect that as well.

Unknown Variable Bridge: So you find war exciting? I find peace much more exciting, as logicals usually do. Love would still be there. We'd have positive outlooks towards everybody, but still be able to love as we do now. Sadness would come from the lost of loved ones, from their time on earth running out. Anger would be in much much less doses, but would still be around if accidents occured and we were induced with pain. Jealousy would also be in much much less doses, as we wouldn't care much of what other people thought. We'd also be much more open with our emotions so others would know what's going on, therefore no jealousy would come about. Logic doesn't detract from personality. It detracts from negativity. There's an absence of bad and an abundance of good. We'd still have very many differences. There'd still be people who wear nothing but black (example), but we wouldn't mind it. After all, they're only a human. No need to regard them in a negative way. lol, no, I don't find war exciting ^_^; Though I am intriged with how pointless some wars are started from. I mean seriously, why start a war over the "thought" of weapons of mass destruction being by the man your father sought to capture, when your main cause for action in the first place was over the senseless killings of terrorist organization that wasn't even involved with him? I understand he was a cruel leader, but honestly, that sould have been on the back burner while troops should have been looking for the leader of the terrorist group first and for most. But thats totally off subject XD;;; Anywho, I love your idea of peace on earth honestly, but as you stated thats sadly too much to ask for since not all people are logical ;-;

Humans weren't created to be universal. We each have our different looks, our different thoughts, likes, dislikes. So for everyone to be so logical that they know their rank, then no one would really be different.
Human nature has a drive to want to succeed and excel beyond all of those around them. That logic would never sink in where everyone just knew they were in the same ranking, they'd still want to be better.

Aiko Destiny I support that, Alex, but that's too much of an utopistic world. How could you stop all wars? Wars are fought for all sorts of different motives, to stop them all you'd have to reduce humans to a sort of walking aboebas. The idea of an ideal world scares me, honestly. Anyone ever see Equilibrium? That was a pretty scary idea of a "Utopia" O_o;

Nope. I've read a couple of utopistic books, and something about distopia as well, and it made me really glad I'm living in this unperfect world.
Uhm, sell the giftbox. Unless you're feeling really lucky.

Eve: But what I also said was that there was no rank. We'd all live together in harmony and not make little picks on people for what they like / dislike. If we liked something, that's good. If somebody disliked something, we'd simply move on from it. What I'm proposing is if the logic DID sink in everywhere, this would be the result. Of course as I first stated, I know that's too much to ask, and it'll never happen. If it did however, it'd work.
I still think a logical and loving utopia would be much better than this disorganized world we live in, with war, crime, poverty, starvation, et cetera. The world powers at this point in time have the power and resources to stop homelessness, poverty, and famine all over the world. But we haven't done it. In the utopia I imagine, everybody would help everybody else, no matter what it was. There would be no need for currency. If somebody needed something, they'd have it. If they wanted a recreational something but there was a limited quantity due to resource limits, the person would simply move on and not make a fuss over it; that's the logistics of it all.

Aiko Destiny Uhm, sell the giftbox. Unless you're feeling really lucky.*Laughs* With the way I am, if I sold it, I would never be able to live with myself with the thought that it could have been something good XD;;; So I think of it this way, "You didn't have it before it randomly poped up and your gold is still the same, so you're not losing anything by opening it. Even if it's a bad item, it can still be sold for at least a little bit more gold making you richer than you were when it poped up, so you win anyway. you might be less rich with this action, but thats the risk ^_^" Thats my philosophy anyway :3 *So opens*

Good luck finding an item you like then :3 I just calculated the odds of getting a good item versus getting something else, and decided to sell them all.

Why does everyone use such a tiny font? *squints to read*
Ah, we're talking about a perfect world, huh? Alex, your explanation sounds remarkably like the way Socialists say they think. Not that I'm saying you're a Socialist -- that's just the way they say their world will be, but then, due to the corruption of leadership, it turns into a big mess with the law enforcing the "sharing of goods" and ending up basically stealing from those who worked for what they had and giving it to those who were too lazy to do anything for themselves.
And I'm not saying you're wrong, either. The idea also sounds a lot like how my ancestors tried to live in the brief periods where they were allowed to form communities. They all tithed what they could to the leadership, to be shared with those who needed it. (Of course, again due to human corruption, the system was abused and eventually fell apart.) But I don't think that rank can or should be abolished completely. I don't like the thought of a caste system, with some rich and some poor, but I do believe the world needs leaders. Good-hearted, strong leaders with steady morals.
*climbs off her soapbox, not sure if she's even made any sense*
