Not necessarily. In high school Gaia and such was blocked for 'gambling games' but at my college, you can pretty much get anything you want on the computers. Get caught with the bad links in your history though on your computer and you're screwed.

Not really...seeing as the block classes mean that if that person is always going there during that spot and in other classes people are going elsewhere, then that means the links are gonna history stack a certain way and the real culprit gets busted. Most are too scared to go those places anyway and the school really doesn't care about anything that isn't porn, gambling, or illegal being accessed. And they clean the history even Sunday.

I average 6 hours. Boo being a stickler for detail. Of course as the amount of lineart showing decreases, the more the time increases. Self imposed torture.

I don't tolerate alcohol well because I'm very short? It was of the El Presidente variety? Throw me a bone here, I'm not a drinker.
I have tried banana rum though...it is gross.
