The man tossed a small object into the cell, "The owner wanted me to give this to you and to ask for forgiveness. A way will soon be made for you to watch the execution, if you wish to do so."

Skye picked up the ring and looked at his mother, knowing something was wrong.

A while later, a window opened in the cell, allowing view to a large room. Inside several men were leading Superio towards a large crystal.

Tokiko and the kids looked over at the window.
"Dad!" Sora and Skye shouted, wondering if their father can hear or see them.

Superio was unable to see or hear the others as he was pushed to his knees in front of the crystal.

Sora and Skye hit the window and kept shouting to try and get their father's attention.

Superio just stared at the floor in front of him as one of the men drew a large dagger and the crystal began to glow.

Marcus moved Sora, Suki, and Skye away from the window so that they wouldn't see their father's fate.
The crystal glowed brighter as the man stabbed Superio in the back.

The dagger caused Superio's body to fade and vanish as the crystal took his soul.
