Verily cringed as her bludger slammed into Darius. She felt bad but this was a game and feelings were not going to get in the way of her playing. She chased after another bludger and aimed it at Dominic. As she swung she dodged a bludger from Darius.

Dominic had hung back from the start of the game. His initial instinct was to gravitate towards Jaslyn as she soared for the snitch. He'd been too far to help defend Darius, he cursed when he saw the bludger make contact. He sought out an open bludger as he near the opponents goal posts. But just then, a different bludger spiralled into his thigh and he hissed, seething in a dull pain. Firm fingers tightened around his bat as he swung to hit Rick.

Claire frowned as the voices began once more, but she just steeled her nerves and flew on her broom, so Gypsy had the quaffle then. She could see that, So Claire darted forward for a steal from Gypsy. My feelings? I'm concerned you know?

spaceGypsy smiled as the Slytherin chaser failed to steal... She realized belatedly that the blonde who'd tried to steal was a different girl than the first. Well, what did it matter, anyway? If they stole, they stole. Didn't really matter who did it. She turned back to the goals, noticing Asterisk covering her, and for a moment considered passing... but given her utter failure at anything, it'd probably get intercepted. If she kept it, maybe she could make it to the goal? Then she could at least try to shoot.

...But no. She needed to do this correctly.
Beater or not...Claire was a Chaser now and should have pride in that position, even if she was failing at it horribly. Spotting the opposing chaser she growled some and darted forth, attempting yet another steal from Gypsy. My feelings? I'm annoed you know?
