Kyo gets everyone set up in an inn, even though he wants to set sail straight away.
Orient goes to the harbour, finds his ship and shows Uriel. "This is she. All's she needs is a name, an' a flag now."

If they were at sea, not at port, Uriel would likely have used his powers to climb all over it. Instead, he walks around looking it over, "Why not Aka Ryu? It fits your theme."
