bb3000ae rusbob13 bb3000ae rusbob13 I was thinking about having the rain village sub element I hope Havock is ok confused even better, you can use the rain to redirect the lightning right back at the oppoent since it will go though the drops and you have water manipulation hell, I could probably just make a rope of water. I have the lightning jutsu hit one end, and have the other end connected to the ground that to, so see you dont need lightning lol unless if I was under water xd but then I would just have to make sure I know what the person's element is before I go into the water

If it's water then the energy can just jump from one water molecule to the next until it finally hits something to sink into.

If you were in a swimming pool and it got struck by lightning, for instance, you'd be screwed.
