I have an online 3D modeling class. It takes a lot and it's stresssing me out, especially since my internet died earlier and killed all of my work that I had been doing.

when I did 3d stuff, I think I made like 60 copies of my stuff on the first day just in case.
but still, my apologies.

I hate the project one, and two I was too busy trying to correlate between watching tutorials and doing stuff, as well as banging my head over not getting things to do what I wanted them.
Secondly, everytime my net came back up, it stayed for five minutes then died again. I could barely get to log in before things went south again or I could get ahold of my teacher.
So yeah, blah night. And just remember that those of us that are college bound are all back in school now. That means everyone save you and your changed schedule of work that I noticed because of the times you're on. Or you're getting on at work. One of those.

No one cares what I'm doing but I'll post anyway.
I'm so swamped with portfoilo work that I'm choking. Flash projects finally aside, but because of the strike we've been cut down to half days. I have next to no time for animation and clean up.....and I also have 3d classes.....can't exactly learn a lot in two hours.

Or that option, but I was trying to be optimistic. Which thus as shown by example why it's better to be pessimistic.
You're never disappointed, just pleasantly surprised when things went right.
And you know...you'd think staff could handle a janitor strike. Called cleaning up after yourselves. Maybe you'll get lucky and they'll cut your tuition by half too for compensation...but yeah that's being optimistic and we already see how that fails.

During a janitors strike, it's illigal for us to clean. I don't know how it is in the states, but here we have to honour their decision to strike. If we clean, we're saying that the Janitors jobs are moot and they might as well not be here in the first place. They need the jobs, so we can't do anything that might be considered a janitors job. (We have two buildings here, the main building and the older building that's used for the artistic courses because of the large classrooms. That's my building, and we've had an official complaint becuase they thought we were cleaning, because the main building is a mess. It stinks too. We're not doing anytihng different, it just prooves that the janitors never actually cleaned our building in the first place.)
If someone throws up in the classrooms, we aren't allowed to touch it.
Half tuition might be possible, but it's a stretch for sure.

they should at least reimburse you for something considering the conditions and the fact that your time has been cut in half or more.
and how is everyone else doing?

That's stupidly unsanitary.
And all government seems to suck in some way. Example...they're screwing me on taxes this year...again...even though I'm below poverty level. Dammit.
Other than that...I'm kinda blah about having to drive to the airport today at 4:30am. Parents are going to the Caribbean...boo them.
