He opened his eyes and looked up towards Hinata, resting the back of his head against the rock she was sitting on. "Hinata... what are your dreams? I mean... what do you hope to accomplish being a ninja?" Deep down he was asking himself the same thing. Some strive to be Mizukage, others to known for their vast amount of jutsu, he was only starting to think about it. He was hoping that what she said might spark an interest in him. Maybe he would try leading the clan or something. With the Head Family gone, it was up to the main family to uphold the compound and its laws. Hatsuyuki had that covered and well under control though and no doubt she would continue to keep everything going. What else was there for him?

Rai looked around and noticed the people around him doing different things than he saw earlier. He pulled another kunai out and stared at the target. His hands trembled. He was getting kind of nervous. He used the sleeve of his jacket to wipe away the mist formed droplets on his neck and hair. His hair was slightly more ruffled than usual. He took a deep breath and threw the kunai as he exhaled. He watched it arc downward and hit the first ring on the bottom. Not what he had hoped for but he sighed and nodded. He grabbed another kunai and looked at the target. 'Seven so far and this will make it eight.' He took a deep breath and relaxed. His trembling was what had thrown him off. His grip tightened on the handle of the kunai. He smiled feeling good and exhaled. He rocked back and on his way forward he launched the kunai at the target. It flipped over and over until it hit the handle of the kunai and moved slightly higher. He was shocked at his luck. It had just barely hit the bulls eye. His good fortune was smiling on him. He vaguely remembered something about karma. He shrugged it off not worrying about it. Looking down upon Ryu again she found that something snapped inside her and tried the hand-sign again, entwining all of her fingers together. Hinata smiled as she flutter formed from inside her gut and she instantly knew that she'd done it right. flipping to the next page Hianta giggled as she completed another one, only eight more to go. As she had told Tenshi her dream was becoming someone her parents would be proud of and failing the academy wasn't something to be proud about at all. Hinata sighed and traced her fingers around the edges of the page as she looked up into the sky before begging to form her fingers the way the book did, her finger twisted slightly as she pulled back in pain, not wanting to cry Hinata continued on. This was certainly a 'dont judge a book by it's cover' moment only it was 'don't judge a hand sign by it's form' Rolling her eyes at her horrible pun Hinata tried once again to accomplish the blasted usagi hand sign. placing her fingers together once again to something that resembled an usagi with her hurt finger was hard as she'd felt nothing, nothing at all. Looking down upon the Usagi hand sign she had a tad bit more confidence in herself as she formed the hand sign and felt a rush of happiness come over her as she felt inside her that she was quite right this time. getting off the chair like rock Hinata jumped up and down squealing before sitting back down and blushing. Sitting back down she laughed at Tenshi who seemed not to do anything for the moment and flipped to the next page. OOC//:

Her hands forming together to make the O-ushi sign. 'This is easy..' Hinata thought as she giggled once again. Looking up into the sky she smiled with her eyes shut; the cool breeze blowing throguh her pale purple hair with pink streaks. Opening her eyes she looked upon the white haired Tenshi who seemed a tad bit distracted and everything. her smiled broadened as she watched her younger cousin try his best with his training. OOC//:

Tenshi was still thinking it over. "I'm not sure... I was actually just thinking about it. With my final exam coming up, I'm not quite sure. I think for now... just make myself known." He thought it was something worth going for. He had plenty of time to change his mind. He had figured she would say something close to what she had said. "I'm sure they are." He smiled and then she ruffled his hair. "Hey!" he said standing up and messing his hair in an attempt to fix it, "You're way too... too... I dunno what word I'm looking for, but you're too it to be my cousin.... whatever distant cousin you are," he finished by crossing his arms and turning his back to her. He turned his head back to her and stuck his tongue out with closed eyes and a smile on his face. "Just keep working on your handseals," he said smiling with his hand on her head, messing it up.

"I'm still wondering who's the older one here," Hinata said as she flipped to the next page and smiled; there was Saru on the page, she had been curious about this hand sign since her dad had made it. Chuckling lightly Hinata made the saru sign easily as pie and poked her tongue out at Tenshi; she'd already forgotten they'd kissed already and it was going back to normal. Crossing Saru off her list Hinata smiled sweetly as she had only four more signs to go before she'd mastered all twelve hand signs. OOC//:

He smiled back to her, "I'm pretty sure your older... although I think in the sense of the mind I would be older. Other than that I think you have me beat." He had a big grin on his face. Teasing her was probably one of his favorite activities of the day. He wanted to blow some more trees up, but he was still resting. Perhaps within the next few moments he would return to his training only to rest some more. He grabbed one of the kunai and pointed it at her, "Don't make me cut that tongue out," he said while sticking out his own.

"Is that so?" she said in a serious, mature voice. Hinata picked up a Kunai and Flung it at Tenshi, making the Kunai miss by a hair. Rolling her eyes and done with her serious and scary stage Hinata looked at the page she'd flipped it to O-hitsuji; the ram hand sign. "O-hitsuji huh?" she said as she made the Oh-hitsuji sign quickly and felt as if everything was right in the world a moment later after she'd crossed the ram hand sign off her list. OOC//:

Tenshi felt the kunai just miss him. His face remained the way it was, afraid that if he moved a single muscle, another kunai would be flung at him. Eventually he moved, "Hehe, well I guess maybe I can let that slide," he said scratching the back of his head. "Who would think someone like you would be so... evil?" He was referring to more than just her air-headed personality. He was actually surprised she stuck with the book and not spaced out on what she was doing. Maybe she has it under control... selective spacing? He shrugged his shoulders and sat back down near Hinata, playing with the kunai in his hands.

"Ah! what are you doing here?" she asked all sweet, innocent and air-heady as per usual. Looking into Tenshi's slate gray eyes she smiled, "Tenshi I'm stumped by Nezumi, help me," Hinata simply said as didn't get off his lap; she also emitted this aura that said don't tell her to get off.
