Kagome: Kagome slowly stirred from her sleep. She went to pull the covers of her nice warm sleeping bag over top of her, only to find that her sleeping bag was not there. Her eyes shot open and looked at her surroundings. The river. Ah, now she remembered. She went on a walk last night and was too tired to walk back so she curled up under a tree and allowed sleep to come over her. Kagome froze as she felt something tingling her leg. She looked down and saw a hair eight legged bug. "Ah!!! GET IT OFF OF ME! AHHHH!" Kagome screamed as she frailed in an attempt to get the spider off of her.

Kagome: Kagome looked down at her feet in embarrassment.

"Um.. I... I'm sorry. You probably.. thought I was in danger... and.. I.. I'm sorry..." Kagome stuttered. "I.. I'm sorry for walking off. I know you probably want to head out and search for Naraku today.. sorry.." Kagome said. A faint smile appeared on her face as she said, "Come on, lets get everyone rounded up so we can head out. Okay?" Kagome said. She went to reach for his hand but pulled back and slowly turned to walk back to where the others were. 'Can you see the trouble in my eyes Inuyasha? Can you see through my fake smiles? If you can... please just hold me...' Kagome thought as her feet moved along the ground.

Shippo twiched a little. "But Miroku, you just asked me to get fire wood." He replied, confused. "All right I'll play as long as its a quick game, im starving!"He said, rubbing his stomach. Im probably gunna regret this, I dont like that look in his eyes, or that smile. Thought Shippo.

((Oh and FYI, Miroku is a Guy not a Girl, lol. You wrote with a sinister smile on HER face, lol))

Miroku: Miroku laughed. "It's an on-going game Shippo. I guess its sort of like a bet. Whoever can talk Inuyasha into showing his changes and his affectionate side towards Lady Kagome wins. Now... the only question is... what should be the prize? Oh I know! Whoever wins, wins the right of bathing! If I win, I get to bathe as you would bathe for a week. And you don't get to bathe at all. And if you win, which you wont, you get to bathe as I do for a week and I dont get to bathe. Oh and the loser has to sleep 50 feet away from all of the group! What do you say Shippo? Is the game on? Or are you still too much of a shrimp?" Miroku coaxed.

Shippo had already left in the middle of Miroku's sentance to get the fire wood, leaving the monk ramblieing on about a bet he wasn't really intrested in anyways. He gathered some stones, a big flat rock, a couple of twigs, and some thin, stringy vines. Shippo used the small stones to sharpen the flat rock on the end and to cut the twigs into smooth, long cylinders. He wrapped the vine around the flat stone and twigs and tied it together. He had made an axe for getting the fire wood. "Hmm..This ought to hold for now." Shippo said, admiring his work. He walked to a fallen, but not rotted tree and began cutting some thick wood for the fire. He whistled for Kelala and she came."Hey Kelala, can you help me carry all of this wood back to Inuyasha and the others?" He said. The little cat demond meowed in approvel and transformed to carry the wood. Shippo loadded on the fire wood on kelala and straped it on with a vine."Thats not too tight is it?" He asked Kelala. Kelala shook her head and flew away back to others. Shippo decided to leave the axe there, because Inuyasha could just cut some wood with his Iron Reever Soul Stealer. He carried the rest back to the others."Hey everyone im back, me and Kelala got the fire wood." Shippo said as he unloaded the fire wood from Kelala and patted her on the head."Thanks Kelala." He said and tried to light the fires with some twigs. Kelala walked up to the logs and nudged Shippo away. She lit the logs with her fire breath ((Im pretty sure Kelala can do that....)) and transformed back into the tiny kitten. Shippo smiled. "Thanks again." He said. ((I feal as tho I should play the role of kelala as well because well she cant really talk and its not really a charactor roll so I guess I'll do both, since Shippo and Kelala are close in the actual TV show and I've already been doing it...lol)). "Hey guys we got the fire started." Said Shippo, waving to the others to come sit by the fire.Why should I take a bet to get Inuyasha to reveal his fealings when hes probably going to reveal them himself, or Kagome will get him to reveal his fealings, she always does. Thought Shippo, thinking of Miroku's bet. Everyone has been so quiet lately, I wonder whats on there minds. He thought, wondering if they were ever going to find the Sacred Jewl Shards, or for that matter, Naraku.
