Heh, I plan to decimate all foes to Kumo. And I heard a rumor ( Not really, but I read something about it ) ... Aren't there... Rouge ninja from Kumo currently on the loose?

Ah, though who said they were all from Kumo to begin with? *ponders* for instance, the Raikage wasnt from Kumo to begin with, in Sosay's background I think says she ran away from kohona I think >.<

Heh... I've pinpointed two of you, now all I need to do is ask around for any missing people... but that would be metagaming... Maybe I'll have it come up in casual conversation somehow...

My character won't know that until he does some research, and I don't know who you or Mistah BomChikaWahWah's characters are. So for right now I don't know that, aside from I read back a few pages, not to mention everyone in Kumo seems tense about the mention of the word rouge.

Hmmm... I'm not too good at pointers. Usually when I do any sort of teaching, it's just by ripping apart what people have done and showing them mistakes.
If I was to give one pointer though, it'd be to just work hard, and always push yourself to do better. If you have that one thing, it's impossible not to improve.
