Nyl turned to face Alice. "Okay, so. Can you manipulate your chakra into at least your hands, or the air around you?"

"I have never tried to do that. He only taught me how to do so into my feet, and I was not very good at that." Alice said. She held her hand out a bit and tried anyway. It look a few long moments of concentration, but after awhile she was able to get it to her hand. "Like... that?"

He watched Alice idly as she worked the chakra into her hand, then looked back down at his arm. He'd already healed it over, but it was worth a shot. Soon, though, not now. Now, he was watching Nyl train a student.

Alice bit her lip as she tried to hold the chakra in her hand, having a hard time with it. She then heard Nyl's question as she thought. What was water, basically, it was blue, transparent... it could be one of the most powerful elements... and it always moved... "Concentration...?" Alice responded, looking up at Nyl again.

No, no.. I've been far too busy myself, so we're both at fault. Anyway, this summoning scroll is a binding contract between whoever signs it, and a pack of cats. Well, slightly greater then average cats. You sign the scroll with blood, and when you;'re ready to use it, use it like any other scroll. It won;t be consumed in the process, but you should be able to summon a cat familiar with it, or a few at a time. I suggest that you take the time to get to know the summons, however. The last time I met them, they had pretty...unique characteristics. "Thanks." She felt excitement bubbling up within her. "I...thank you so much."
He just smiled and stood. " It's a personal thing. I'll leave you to it."
"Alright." She watched him wander off, jumping up a few balconies. She sighed and started down at her scroll. She didn't see the point in making new scars so she lifted up her tank-top so that her bandaged mid-riff was revealed.
Almost impatiently, she tore off the bandages and glanced down at the half-healed gash along her side. Taking a deep breath, she began to slide a fingernail along the surface. She hadn't brought any weapons. Soon blood began to well. Unrolling the scroll, she dipped her right index finger into the blood and signed her name quickly. She remembered reading somewhere that a bloody handprint was needed too. Muffling a grunt, she tore at the gash. More blood pooled and she slapped her hand against it. That, she pressed against the scroll as well, gave it a minute and then rolled it up once more.
She wanted to bandage herself up again before attempting the summon. Not thinking of teleportation (she'd never liked the feeling), she leapt up to the top balcony once more. Her shirt was beginning to absord the blood. Almost annoyed, she tucked the scroll into the waiste of her pants and headed for her room, crossing the main hall in the process.

"Okay..." She said, finally letting the chakra go. "What is the answer then, Nyl?" She asked, her hands at her sides. She was still uptight, even though she didn't mean to be.

Seph sat down on the ground, frowning a bit to himself. He looked back up and watched Alice for a few seconds before realizing he probably wasn't helping in making her feel any more comfortable.

"Water constantly moves, unlike earth or other elements. It would be harder to control it." She aid, blushing a bit as she thought about how she answered. She knew it was water, but she thought it would be a tad more challenging than the obvious.

Halfway across the main room, the scroll began to slip. Impatiently she tucked it further into the waist of her pants, pressing a hand to her side to stop the bleeding. Gods be damned flesh wounds She thought darkly, remembering she'd left the tin of ointment and the roll of bandages she'd used on Reeve, on top of her dresser. Picking up the pace, she passed a few couches, hellbent on reaching the dorm hall before she was seen.

"I would need water..." She said, feeling more and more uncomfortable as they went on. She was sounding stupid in front of Nyl. Neko was one thing, but, this was Nyl. I was different. She bit her lip as she kept staring at Nyl, in hopes she didn't slip up.
