I think we PM all the members with a thing that if they don't post atleast once a week they'll get banned.

Or if your computer dies or you go on a trip... you'd be banned. Once or twice a month sounds like a better plan. But how are you going to keep track of how many time each member posts, with such a big member list?

Look at the members list? It shows posts and if the posts are increasing slightly every month for everybody then you know they posted?
