With her luck she'd be yanked from the starting line and she honestly wouldn't blame the captains one bit, she was still amazed she'd made it a second time! She finally made it and could just barely restrain herself from falling face forward on the grass as she gasped to catch her breath.

Like, she was on time and everything! She actually had to pinch herself and doublecheck the time (thank god for tempus) to make sure she wasn't in fact horrifically late and had missed the entire game. Maybe whatever lucky charm her sister had made for her was actually working. She'd have to send Sara a letter once the game was over.

Wren headed out to the Pitch before the first game. Knapp was out, which meant Caden Drage got to play his first match as a first year. No pressure or anything, kid. Luckily, he had Talbot there in the middle of things. Wren himself spent most of the games watching attentively from his post by the goals, calling plays or positions as needed.

Aire was both super excited to have made the starting team and super nervous. She hadn’t quite thought of Quidditch as having an audience until she was standing on the pitch, trying to stretch as Sparrow-the-Loud-Noisy-One announced their names and the crowd was an incoherent mumble of conversation, Sure she had been at games before but this was...equal parts thrilling and terrifying. She took a deep breath, looking instinctively towards Maya for guidance of how to prepare with an audience.
