Verily was in the air moments after the game was started. Her best bet, even if it was a total b***h move, was to shoot the enemy as they were still trying to orient themselves to game play, and so she chased after a bludger the minute she was in the air. She caught up to it, spun around, aimed her bat straight at Darius and swung, hoping for the best.

The ball was up, okay, good.
Zipping forward, Anastasia raced against the other Ravenclaw chaser, the upperclassman doing the same as they both sped to claim the quaffle first. The red sphere hung in mid-air as she went to swipe it away. Only thing was, would she reach it?

Blue eyes snapped wide open as Anastasia felt the material collide with her fingers, the red sphere in her grasp. Honestly?! What the hell- - - she'd closed her eyes as she swiped! Staring at the ball, the blonde quickly made her way to the Slytherin goals to attempt a score. Tucking it close to her frame, the small Slytherin sped off, ball held close to further try to bar any attempts at taking it from her too easily.

Tw- TWO steal attempts and ho, God, that was so close!
So Quidditch wasn't very good for the heart apparently. Letting out a steady stream of "oh ********, thank god, holy s**t, please let this last" Anastasia breathed a sigh of relief as thanks for the first stroke of luck- - - she managed to pass both the elder chasers, that was one thing good today! Continuing her way to the goals, the Slytherin sped up, hoping her little stroke of luck would continue today.
