It's two skills that are tailored for a class. The rest looked useable by all.
It's simply stating that if you choose one of those classes, you get a little bonus.

I learn you should cook the pasta sauce until there is no more flour ball, no matter how small, is left. If you do consume flour balls, no matter how small, you should drink a lot of water and turn the air on, after making sure there's enough paper.
