An anime based in Italy, a "secret organization" called the Fratello trains young girls to become world-class assassins. It's really...unlike most anime. It has an incredibly depressing tone.
He lost the super sayin hair and the destroyed city. Also, his eyes make him look either constipated or cross-eyed. ._. Sorry, Talon but that's just how it looks.

I guess you're right. Constipated isn't really the word I was searching for.
I haven't worn the hat nor used the frostbite as a staff in ages.

I love the hat, went out of my way to get it too. I was sad I hadn't gotten around to using it lately so I decided to do just that!
