JMan 240 Akari Kyuto O.O Can't believe it here either... Something happened Jon...? I'm going to kill you all... and thinking about it just makes me so happy!! Also... no one wants to hang with me. Why in the world would they take time out of hanging with their friends to hang with me? No one wants me around their friends. And hell I didn't do anything to deserve it. um i missed something here, what are you talking about?

JMan 240 Sakoyoshi Daianohara JMan 240 Sakoyoshi Daianohara Yeah. My Bloodline is a Summoning Bloodline. It puts seals on my body that I can use a Summoning Jutsu with. I get weapons from it. Gonna be awesome. Custom bloodlines... never had any in this guild. If it's a bloodline that means multiple people are a part of it, and they shouldn't be just limited to one person. Well It'll be open to anyone who wants to use it. Its gonna be Clan/Bloodline. Then talk to Bruno. We usually have contests so that there is isn't an influx of people with ridiculous powers and to encourage some people, at the very least, to just have normal ninjas.

I can't change policy, I can moderate fights, approve things, make announcements, and create mini arcs. He can make a post in the main forum to see if he gets enough support for it. But here's the thing. Theres not enough people to fill up the bloodlines we have. there are 4 or 5 which have never had a single member. So the idea of adding more that might not get used is not one Dark is high on.

Depending on how many jutsu there are, I think you could just approve them through the VC, and not need a whole bloodline.
