The other room which the source of the "water" aura was from had another egg-like device present. Inside, was a baby dragon.

Azure Kite looked in quietly, his eyes were focused quietly on the dragon. Could this be the Celes that Sonia spoke of?

The little dragon was just floating in the liquid inside the egg. It moved here and there but still curled up in a ball. It was the source of the powerful energy which drove the Slayers, Hunters and most of the high powered machinery at the Brimestone headquarters.

From the holes that were around the shell, water streamed down from them. This water was pure power, pure power of a god's. Perhaps drinking it would give one a boost of power for a period of time. . . .

Azure Kite kneeled by the liquid and looked at it...he was no powerhungry AI thank the great goddess, Aura for that...He was more concerned with what the substance was used for.

At the far bottom of the room, there were pipes which drained the water from the dragon. Around at the sides underwater were large tanks of water. Perhaps used as emergency energy when the baby dragon could no longer produce this powerful water.

Azure Kite was shocked...what had happened this time...this was bad. He was learning too much it seemed.

Back with the others, Kenren and Cross had just finished cleaning Rayearth up. The others were checking to see if the villagers were ok.
"Thanks for the help rebuilding." Ryukio smiled.
"Oh, think nothin of it" Gojyo smiled.
"Well, where are you going now?"
"Well, we've got some researching we need to do...about quite a few things"
"You know...." Tenpou frowned, "That boy looked familiar to me..." he held up a book and opened it. "Could that have been...?"

That's Celes. . . Sonia's voice echoed in his head. Can you let him outside? Please?

Rayearth was basically in humiliation. Her fur had been cut extremely short. She hid her face under her paws. "Can I leave now?" She whimpered.
Demeter scratched the back of the poor wolf's ears, "No, you're going to stay for a while, aren't you?"
Styx was back with a knocked out but restored Cyan over his shoulder. "Seems I have missed quite a few."

Azure Kite frowned...that was true...she would be very mad at him. He placed a hand on the egg. Celes....we're going outside....ok?
