Seto bent down, putting a hand on Rei's shoulder. "Are you hurt at all?" He asked, having to sit on the ground. He felt very dizzy, from everything.

Rei's body trembled as it took her a moment to stop sobbing "I..I'm f-Fine..."

"Okay. We.... we should probably leave." Seto said, though he hated the thought of leaving Ayira. "Everything needs to get cleaned up... You can see Bakura later. Come on..."

"You have to. He's dead. He isn't waking up. You don't need to be with..." Seto said, swaying slightly. He fell backwards, passing out from blood loss.

Rei was torn between everything. She was so stressed. finaly she fell with a thud passing out.

A few hours later, almost everything was taken care of. The bodies were moved into a separate room in the palace; just a bare room. There was a big table in the middle of it, where the three bodies had been put. They were cleaned of all blood and changed out of their clothes. Simple white garments were put on them, just for the sake of modesty. What would happen with their remains depended on what the others wanted done with it.
Seto and Rei had also been moved, cleaned up and changed into new clothes. Seto had been moved to his own room, and Rei and her children were put in a spare room. Food had been left out for both of them, and their doors had been locked from the outside, in case they were out of their minds.

Rei woke up. Looking around whathappened hit her agian "Oh bakura..." she said and started crying.

After maybe fifteen minutes or so, there was a rattle from the door and then it opened. A guard poked his head in, and looked sheepish when he saw Rei crying. "Um... Lady, the pharaoh is summoning you. It's about... uh... the blonde guy."

Rei quieckly calmed her Ok.." She said softly. She scooped up her children and headedtwards the door.

The guard lead Rei down to the dungeons. Atem and Seto were already there; they were standing outside a cell. Mariku was inside it, smirking and looking rather smug. Seto's eyes were red-rimmed and it was clear that he had broken down eventually and cried his shriveled, blackened heart out. Mariku was clearly pleased with himself to get such a strong reaction. Atem turned when the guard and Rei entered. He bowed a little to her. "I'm so sorry for your loss." He said, and Seto flinched slightly. It sounded hollow to Seto; he knew that Atem didn't understand how it felt to have someone who meant so much die. "I wanted to have you here in case you wanted a say on what happens to this scum." He gestured towards Mariku, who waved lazily at Rei.

Rei glared at mariku but said nothing. She was afraid she was going to start crying agian.

"I bet the thief tastes good even in death." Mariku sneered at Rei, glad to have another person to torment. He had been bothering Seto about Ayira for a while before Rei came in. "Can't I have one last go at him before you get rid of the body?" "SILENCE!" Seto and Atem both roared at Mariku simultaneously. They had been going through this for a while. Atem cleared his throat, looking towards Rei, prepared to offer her something.

Hearing this tears gathered in the corners of her eyes. She looked down at her children staying silent.

"I wanted to know if you wanted to kill him." Atem said, looking to Rei. "You know, just let you have the honor of killing him or whatever. Do you want to?"
