*Senses another strange being somewhere nearby but dismisses it. Lowers her back down to the dirt in the gutter as she speaks.*
What law enforcement type things are there around here? Last time something like this happened there were police everywhere...

Still feeling off from what happened in the alley, she looks to the sky, where a light drizzle is starting to fall.

'Yes. Trent seemed a nice guy, too.. I never met Yune, but Trent.. They obviously couldnt solve it in time.. And the Council did what they did.'

Looking to the new Lycan, she explains;
'Yune and Trent were the Elder's here before us. They were found dead. But they disobeyed the council, who direct the Elder's.. Then all of a sudden, they were dead. It seem's suspicious, no?'

They disobeyed someone and were then found dead?
So elders have to follow rules set out by a bunch of "know-it-alls" who sit in a building nearly their whole life and have never really been outside much?
Or do i misunderstand your word, council?
