"They ain't just little bug things with legs....and butterflies look pretty, these things are malicious looking things." Itaka sighed as he rushed forward smashing through a skeleton crew with a mach punch to clear the spiderweb he dispatched the last fiend, a dual horn with a downward slice. "Come on you lot" he called to the others ignoring Satoshi.

Oassu took Felina's hand and ushered her on "We're finished her I think" he said looking about at the dead fiends. He reached into her bag and stroked Cid to keep him happy "Guy looks a little scared better let him pee before he has an accident."

Mari frowned a little at the thing Zadina had used "Thats a little scary looking..." she said glancing back at Sophia in her bubble she pulled it along "Can't have it scaring you sweetie" she said pushing the bubble along. Sophia merely looked back out blankly at them.

Zadina nodded "I do have a little magical skill" he admitted to Hebal "but I agree with Seph, that big thing was scary..." he mumbled meekly.

Felina opened up her bag and took Cid back out placing him on the ground "Now don't go peeing on anyone's legs now and don't be scared I'll keep an eye out for the fiends" she told him standing back up. "Lets wait a minute for Cid to do his business" she whispered to Oassu squeezing his hand.

Satoshi giggled as Cid did his business on one of the bottom shelf books titled the sun. "That book thing clearly wasn't all that good" she laughed walking forwards past the web. "Bugs can be such a pain" she muttered.

Hayate rolled his eyes at Alpha "Butterflies don't do the whole multiple hairy legs thing" he argued before turning to Hebal "Whats so bad about the love spell thing?"

"Odd. You never struck me as the shy type before but meh" Seph scratched her head walking down the corridor stopping again when another fork in the path came about. "Which way now? Left or right?"

Alpha cast Hayate a strange look "Love spells are bad because it's fake love and it has to wear off eventually and after so many years of being under a spell somebody is going to be pissed." he stated as if it were obvious.

Hebal giggled at Cid as he did his business "At least he knows which books aren't very good to read. But from here we go down" she told Seph turning to the book case on her left. She examined the shelves pulling out a book causing the whole book case to spin around revieling a secret set of stairs.

Itaka rolled his eyes "Yeah Yeah I was a right wimp when I was a kid" he sighed "Gimme a break I ain't like that now" he said as he headed down he stairs.

Oassu rolled his eyes "You'd be surprised how popular that book was back in the city" he said as he carried Cid down the stairs

Mari giggled "Poor Itaka, he misses his old love" she teased as she bounded down the stairs.

Zadina looked at the disguised stairset "Are none of these books real?" he asked Hebal "Also what is 'The Sun' that you all don't like it so much?"

Hayate examined some of the books on the bookshelf briefly "No offense but you could have done better at making this place blend in with the rest of the floor. A lot of the stuff in here wouldn't usually fall into the history category" he pointed out.

Felina patted Zadina on the head before climbing down the stairs after Oassu "Don't you worry about that book until your older. For the meantime you should focus on the spell books" she reassured him. She smiled at Oassu "Just ignore Seph, I know you have better taste in books"

Satoshi scratched the back of her head hesitating "Well.... it is fun winding you up but on the other hand I know what that whole thing feels like so I'll leave you alone for now" she told Itaka as she teleported past him.

Seph shrugged leaning against the wall "No problem not that I did anything. But don't you mean out of all the thieves that didn't get put it jail like yourself" she corrected Oassu.

Hebal skipped down the rest of the steps stopping at the door "We are on the 7th floor out of 11 but a couple of floors can be skipped if we take the hard route and it's all spells from here onwards" she informed them as she began picking at the lock. She took a step back frowning "Be careful now. As soon as I open this door she will know we are here" she warned.

"No worries she had to find out eventually." Alpha replied casually as he continued down the steps "Anyhow what sort of spells can we expect to find on this floor?" he asked out of curiosity.

Hebal turned around scratching her ear for a second "I think this floor has all the timer based spells, as in they will only take effect after a period of time. The most well known of this type is probably doom."

Oassu smiled at Felina's comment "Of course I was in jail once, but I sat it out, same with the other thieves." he turned to Felina "Zadina could learn them spells....he already learned death..its worse than doom" he said "Besides timer spells can't be all that bad apart from Doom and there's too many books for him to get much information,"

Itaka smiled "Nice to know I'm worth the effort." HAH! I knew there was a disadvantage to teleporting he thought. Itaka glanced at Zadina "You can take one book...make sure its a good one" he muttered "I don't want to stick around here forever we ain't got the time" he said.

Zadina bowed his head "Yes Mr Itaka...I'll ask Hebal to pick me out a good book to read" he chirped "Right Ms Hebal?" he asked.

Mari giggled "I'll bet Hebal's got just the book for you" she said ruffling his hair. "Though if she knows we're here I'm sure it'll be alright as she knows you right Hebal?"
