duckmasta Remedy For Evil Zane Hajime I think I may just drop out if Blade is joining crying Remedy: We don't use a lot of jutsus on Leaf Ninja. You could make Abosorption a custom though, idk if it'll get approved Geez I'm useless till I'm genin xD theres nothing I can learn. xD Who teaches strong arm? Oh I gave you 36,000 you can use it to pay for people who cant aford the tournament. A few things. you can pick up the scrolls for basic three at the academy or you can get all the materials you need to begin learning jutsu at the library in konoha. You don't have to wait to be taught, you can teach yourself. Secondly, and unfortunately, the Hokage must test you for Genin, and Major, bless his awesome music playlist, is on only every once in awhile. Third, I'm glad to see a fellow leaf nin and if you need any help on anything I'll do it to the best of my ability. Of course, if it's about being granted or accepting a profile, jutsu, item, etc.. please contact an actual crew member. The same goes for me, because I'm in leaf aswell. If you need anything RP wise, just ask

Remedy For Evil @Zane: I posted at the Library I got the learning scrolls for Kai and Escape jutsu, now how do I learn em? Even though I'm not zane you can train at the training grounds or the academy for e-rank techniques it's 3 posts worth of training, not withstanding any modifiers due to shinobi types or training area's withstanding. A post for training is generally considered a paragraph of Five lines or more. [x] for rules on learning jutsu, [x] for chakra system.

Ohhhhh the compressing chakra thing.
I'd say if they have that Chakra control should be required, as tsunade states that it's those with immense chakra control can use it correctly.

Yo Zane you need help with the tournament? I got nothing else to do..........besides profiles...........and summons..........and custom summons..........and sage mode................ok so maybe I do have other things, but still!
