Samuel blinked as someone came under the tree, watching the little dog run off. When he realized it was Adrian his face flushed a very red color. He scrambled to get down out of the tree, making the mistake of trying to talk as he did so. "C-com-" his hands slipped off the last branch and he fell square on his butt with a soft plop in the snow. Sam quickly got to his feet, his butt covered in snow. "H-h..h-hi Adrian.." he said quietly while giving him a nervous smile and shoving his hands in his jacket pockets. Now that he was closer, Adrian could see that Sam was scuffed up a bit, like he had been in a fight: he had a black eye and a band-aid on his cheek that he had used to cover up a small cut. Samuel lightly scuffed his shoe around in the snow a bit out of shyness. "Wh-what are y-you doing out h-here?" he asked quietly as he studied the young boy's face, admiring how pretty it was.

Yuki stood up. "Get some rest. I'll be back in about an hour. I'll be shopping." she said as she slipped on her shoes. She walked out of the house and into the snow. She walked toward the large marketplace two streets down.

Samuel saw Yuki and blinked, a smile quickly spreading across his face. He quickly ran over to her, slowing as he neared. He lightly tapped her shoulder from behind as he walked through the snow behind her, hoping that he wouldn't frighten her.

"Eep!" she turned around to face him thinking it was someone trying to raoe her.
She sighed with releaf. "Oh, it's you Sam.I thought you were some rapest." she was releaved. "Hey, I'm going grocrie shopping, wanna come?" she asked smiling.

Samuel jumped at her startled reaction, before blinking. R-r-rapist? he thought while blinking, then he gave her a shy smile. "A-alright.." he murmured as he dug the toe of his shoe into the snow a bit: he was thrilled at the idea of spending time with Yuki. Despite his smile, Sam looked like he had been in a fight: he had a black eye and a band-aid on his cheek. "I-I can h-help carry y-your things.." he offered quietly as his bandaged hands slid into his jacket pockets.

((Sorry, things are pretty damn hetic still, I'm doing this and that and trying to figure out WTF is wrong with my scanner. gonk ))
Lennea sighed and looked at him. While she didn't show it, she was very sympathetic to Cattra's history, while she has dealt with several things growing up, she almost felt alittle selfish, being asorbed in her own past and her current miseries life.

He smiles and looks at her "but thats all the past now..." he gives a little laugh but it was really fake. "heh..heh..." he rubs the back of his neck and sighs

Lennea was about to open her mouth and say something but Liang had bargged in, holding one of Shakespear's plays. Liang was speaking Chinese and going on a rant, he was speaking so fast that she couldn't understand anything but "help" and "nonsense". She automatically assumed that he didn't understand what as going on in the play and came to her for help.

He looks up "uhhh..." he blinks a bit confused and looks at Lennea "what did he say?" he blinks sitll confused

"He wants help on some of his english homework," She answered him as calmly as possible while Liang continued to rant in his native tounge. She finally got fed up with it and told him to shut up in chinese.

He blinks and watches this confused "uhhh.." is all he says and blinks again and smiles a bit "heh.."

She, in return to his smile, looked at him with confusion. Normally, being confused would make her furiouse, but it didn't seem to make Cattra enraged like it would her. "Sorry, but I don't get Shakespear like you do, Len," Liang whined after taking in deep breaths.
