Duo looked up at the elf in confusion ... How could a necromancer control the sun. "What? are you telling me the sun Was larger ?" Duo asked in fear as he continued to hide himself from the suns rays as though his skin would fire up the moment it touched him. "How anyone could survive such heat is beyond me, let alone more"
It was not long though that duo Stood up and proceeded to explain something else to the elf. "I am not a boy either, i am 85 years old ..." He states as though out to prove something, once again his knowledge failing him of what an elf was.

"Waiting bothers you too?" Bayer replied, raising an eyebrow. "Most of the time, waiting is something I'm quite comfortable with. This... is an exception. World falling apart and all. A man's got to pull his load. And that's hard to do when you don't even know where you're supposed to be," he added with a chuckle.

((...uhhh, grimmy, first, NEOmancer, kinda very very different from a necromancer since the Neomancer is just the name of my bad character, you should know that from Elements Unite, and also Aros didn't say Neomancer at all...or anything about the sun getting stronger.......*is lost*))
Tim shrugs. She had not grown up normally, a quarter elf orphan in an elven elite society. She had been teased, bullied, and, well, she didn't really get along with most of teh elves here. They seemed to often be too high and mighty for her taste. "Sitting in a tavern waiting for something to happen is a waste of my talent" she says haughtily. She snaps her fingers igniting a small flame on her finger tip before snapping them again and extinguishing it.

(( Wait what >.> <.< *Realises his folly* i cant beleive ive been reading it as necromancer for this entire time no joke! ... V.V wth is a neomancer lol! (Makes a bad joke ... is he like a Keanu Reeves Gone bad ?) lol ok seriously now um ... what is a neomancer ? Oh and yeah about that i was a bit confused as well see Duo Asked why the sun was so taxing ... Being hot! ... and he replied *Runs to get quotes* Quote: "And No, i have never been outside before i have not been aloud to see the sun ... or the trees ..." Duo Groans again and rubs his skin, he was sweating "Is it always this taxing ..." He asks. (Duos question) he replies Quote: "Kid, its not nearly as bad as it used to be" Ohh i see i must have ... Bloody hell my brain must have went bonkers on that last post! um err ill rephrase that however! ... not nearly as bad as it use to be would refer to the sun being hotter ? Such that does make sense to me. though i agree he did not say neomancer sorry. ))

((*points you in the direction of the Neomancers profile* its not a thing, just a name i randomly gave one day to the dark lord xd and ya, see, whenm I read it I got it that Aros understood Duo as asking if the outside world in general was always this taxing, like he was referring to the priests attack and what not, remember, Aros still doesn't understand why Duo was being chased etc etc. So in hindsight o.O I think my post should still make scense))

Aros shakes his head. "NEOmancer kid, goodness, you have been locked up for a long time if you know nothing about him" he narrows his eyes at Duo. unless he's secretly working for him, feigning innocence to try and gain information. I better be careful to keep much information to myself until I get him to Dia. Even if it is a lie, I can't risk letting the chosen of water slip from my grasp Aros too, rises, and laughs. "85, hah, your still nothing more then a child in my eyes" he continues to chuckle to himself.

Duo saw the elf narrow his eyes, then suddenly laugh. Working with lies all his life he knew that the man hid something. He doubted for a moment that he was safe with this man, and this Neomancer ... Whatever it was did not sound favorable either. "I am of age in my temple, and there for a Man" Duo Answered back with a scowl. "However, This conversation has bore me ... and the sun has become to friendly for my liking" Duo Explained as he began to walk in the opposite direction to the sun, Which was indeed further into the forest. in all truth he was hoping the elf would give up and leave him ... though he doubted the man would. If worse came to worse he had ways of escaping ... though he did need sleep ... and the sun weakened him greatly. Duo Rubbed his pale white skin from which had already started to burn from the days of travel in the sun.

((reposty goodness))
His shoulders tense and then slump when Luuva grabs hold of him. Letting her pull him up, Kel straightens to his full height as he sighs not bothering to shrug her hand off him. Besides, the warmth of her hand on his back was quite nice. Turning his head to look at Luuva, he tilts his head as he looks down into her eyes with a slight defiant arc to his brow. "Did she say I was to starve?" Lifting his hand he holds up the cooked deer meat wrapped in cloth and deer skin as a mischievous grin breaks out onto his face. "Forgive me, but I am a growing man." Him having been poisoned for the last half day and was only given the cure maybe a hour or two ago made no difference to Kelvar. He hated feeling weak and being told not to do anything.
Her chewing slows as she hears the news about the King. When Seere continues to speak Kan swallows as she reaches for her goblet. Smacking her lips a little after taking a sip of the honeyed wine, Kan smiles and nods. "mmm, yes lucky. Convenient even. A star had begun to shine brightly as I was traveling. It rung a bell in my head, but I did not recall the sound of the bell. I figured with Lady Dia's wisdom she would know. Hence my decision to head west after reaching Crossroads. I found it odd to say the least, of a ball of light to suddenly appear brightly like that. Or it became more pronounced. That or I never noticed it somehow until now." Kan rambles slightly with a small chuckle as she puts the goblet down again and selects another bite of the roasted bird completely unaware she spoke of the star of prophecy. Though a small voice in her head brings up the fact that she had used the nickname of Diandriel by reflex, but that it might not have been the 'formal' thing to do in front of the Prince, but then her mind was it's usual flighty self. The roasted pheasant certainly tasted just as good as it smelt. Kan was also not one to pay attention when her father talked of things like prophecies. She knew the stars because of their uses for navigation, not for fore tellings. But then Kan's mind was generally more in the clouds she could manipulate, than paying attention to her academic tutors.
Opening her mouth to answer Arigoth, her breath stops on a gasp when she catches the sight of her Princess falling to her knees. The pained expression on Lady Dia's face swiftly replaces the stern look on Aluure's face to one of concern mixed with fear. "Milady!!" she shouts in alarm while dropping her arm, she rushes to the Princess' side. When Aluure's fingers touch the Princess' shoulder, she senses unease and discomfort; but from what source, Aluure did not know. Crouching lower into a ball, Aluure looks worriedly at her sovereign's face, her hand squeezing lightly in a gesture of comfort while her other hand clutches the folds of her skirt. "Milady?"She asks softly. It was on the tip of her tongue to ask what was wrong but it is in no way the place for a peasant to bring to light any kind of weakness the Hope of the Emerald Wood may or may not have. And certainly not in the presence of Arigoth. Someone Aluure did not know if she could trust. She had after all, only formally met him an hour or so ago.
The sound of Aluure's alarmed shout strips the flirtatious glint from Kel's eyes. His face stern and serious, snaps towards the stairs like a bloodhound catching a scent. With quick and smooth movements he slips and tears himself from Luuva's grasp. Adrenalin shoots through his body allowing him to turn snatch up his sheathed swords, pivot and take the steps 3 at a time. He ignores the sounds coming from below and who ever may be hot on his heels. Getting to the top his deep blue eyes do a quick scan of the hall and room but then train in on the crouched figure of Aluure by the Lady Diandriel. His hand goes to the hilt of one of his swords as he shifts his gaze to Arigoth, Kel sternly asks, "What happened?!" a small growl rumbles along his words automatically with his need to protect Aluure and his sovereign. As he speaks he moves into the room and tries to maneuver himself between the women and Arigoth. His head tilted down, his dark hair falls around his face to frame the dark shards of his cold dark blue eyes, his body zinging still with residual adrenaline. His body moves smoothly like the predators he was named after to show this male, that Kel had not been introduced to, that Kel meant business if the Princess' distress and discomfort is Arigoth's doing.

((...uhhh, I did say I was going to re-post some more with dia first Eve but I guess not sweatdrop and I'm going to have to think some more before my other post, cause I just woke up and I'm still kinda bleh ><))
Aros strides up behind Duo and catches hold of the collar of his shirt, pulling him back. "I think not little man! If it is true and you are the chosen of water you cannot be left to wander unhindered" he catches a slight look of alarm in Duo's eyes and softens his expression and tone. "No worries kid, we won't chain you up again, but, with things the way they are now you must be taken to the heir princess Diandriel" he pauses for a moment, wondering if this kid knew anything about the chosen four and what his role should be, or even if he knew who Dia was. "She is the chosen of earth kid, she'll be able to help you in more ways them some foolish priests ever could!"

Seere nods at her words as he too sips some of the honeyed wine. "The star of Prophecy" he states in a murmer. "It is said then when the four gods light the star, it means Darks powers have grown too great, that he can no longer be left alone in his barren wasteland. The chosen from the four bloodlines must gather at this point, unite their powers to drive him across the Sea of Storms" Seere recites the prophecy. Few knew it in detail, but Seere had been taught it by Diandriel. "Since my sister is the eldest of the chosen it seems it has fallen on her to lead them, to collect them and convince them of the cause."
His quiet comtemplation is startled when he hears Aluure's shout from upstairs. His emerald eyes narrow and he rises, quickly asking Kan to parndon him as he heads for teh stairs at a brisk walk. Luuva jumps to attention and follows close on his heels. Unlike Kel they didn't run. It was still unknown that Diandriel was here, and he at least didn't want to draw unwanted attention to what was going on upstairs. He had some idea as to what it was, but he had to see his sister to be sure.
"Bah" Luuva scoffs "If following the ladies orders means you must go hungry for a few moments then it should be worth the sacrifice"
When she hears Aluures call, she had a faint idea what had happened. It happened often years ago, when the Neomancer had lived in the Emerald Wood, so both Luuva and even more so Seere, knew the cause and how to help the Heir. She does not make a mad dash to the stairs like Kel did, instead waiting for Seere and following in his wake, as was proper.
Diandriel was breathing in short desperate gasps, but at least it was better then the total lack of air she had experienced a moment before. The sharp stabbing pain was still in her chest, and she still found herself unable to speak. She tries to put a calming smile on her face, to ease Aluure's worry, but it came out as more then a grimace. When her wide eyes see Kel come into the room she lets out an audible groan. This was beginning to get out of hand. She wished desperatly for her brother to come, he knew what to do, though it had been so long since it had last happened. What could be in the woods, causing harm to the trees, now that the Neomancer had been driven out. She wished she could explain what was going on, but he breath was still short, her chest still tight, and in many ways her mind was still swimming.

((oh... but I wanted to get things moving again and really... -shrug- it shouldn't have changed things up too much....did it? Also... been wondering, how can Luuva and Seere possibly know what had happened when they're not near the forest or see Dia's reaction? An assassin could have snuck up there or something. The tone of Aluure's voice would have alerted people and really.. how many intros with titles were flying about? I don't think the people in the tavern haven't figured it out or saw or heard that Dia is there. There should be more than just our chars in there or the Den is gonna go out of business xD.... did that all even make sense?))

Bayer raised an eyebrow. Prideful, quite simply. That bothered him; pride of that sort was something that tested his patience. On reflection, he realized it might be born of skill; she might be intensely powerful. That would explain it, although it wouldn't justify it. On the other hand, she could just be stuck up, and that would inhibit any sort of cooperation. Bayer supposed he would find out with time.
"Talent, eh? How far does your talent extend?" Bayer queried, returning to his seat.

(( Eve your being cranky, anyway, it was all just thought and doesn't bother you post at all, also, really, would dia fall to a simple assasin, remember they are siblings and have a more complicated history then you know about, so ya, just leave it be, all my chara's there and I'm not messing with any of your so it kinda sounds like your just being nit picky. So unless we want to stop the rp again how about no OOC like that unless its life threatening? *just doesn't want to get tied up for another month* ><))
((awe, poor Tim, she's just odd like now xd )) Tenjina gives him an odd look. "Far enough to have been of help during the great war" she says shortly. Who was he to question her talents. Her fire talent had been driven by pure rage in the beginning, lending it a powerful but uncontrolled quality. Over the years of her life she had more then enough time to train it, to hone her skills. She didn't exactly have a group of friends she wiled away the time with, like he did, and when Dia wasn't in the wood she had almost nothing else to occupy herself other then her training. She knew she wasn't the greatest, she was not prideful in that scense. But Fire was a talent that could be used only for desctruction, not for healing or any other kind of aid. As such, she saw sitting around in a village when her talents could be better put to use elsewhere as a waste.

Always a Catch, he was free of the Priests only to fall prey to an overly large .... creature thing. Duo was not at all pleased. "God dammit it is just like at home" He thought and decided that morphing would leave him shirtless as it was harder to transform clothing when it was being handled.
"Well than let me go, i do not know what you are talking about ... Chosen of water ... Bah if i was the chosen was of water i would not be wandering through bushes and trees" Duo Explains as he struggles to get his shirt free. the moment he was let go Duo planned to make quick haste, he knew it would be foolish but one water clone should give him enough time to run away. "Do you not think he would be swimming, i mean, think about it, This Earth woman ... man ... thing, Whatever it is. Would she not prefer wandering around her trees like a druid" he said rather confused about who he was talking about. Though he had been taught magic and that he was "destined" he had not cared much for history and so neglected it.
(( he is confused ... yes he called dia a man and a thing ... i did that on purpose! ))
