Saku smiled and bounced lightly to the beat. Suddenly she stopped and touched her hand to her chest.

"Something wrong?" Zelik muttered.

"My chest....There's a warm...feeling inside it." She said.

Zelik laughed. "It's the forest's magic! Now don't just stand there...You're the guests. Have fun."

Saku grinned and lifted her dress, running into the field. She joined in with the wolves, dancing among them swiftly, swinging the hem of her dress to the beat.

ooc. hey if you have ideas for the ceremony let me know ok. ^_^ I dont want to push everybody out of it. Oh and how do you like it so far.

Time seemed to have slowed down for them allowing them to have their fun for a long drawn out period. After hours of talking, dancing, and singing they gathered around the group again. Everyone bowed and then it was time for each of them to follow their own path. Three path ways opened up.
A bright light awaited saku down the path in front of her. A torchlit path was in front of Kyo. A path of flowers was before anna. They were each to follow it and what was ahead no one could tell them.

Anna kept walking down the path, trying to stay calm and not think about anything but just walking. She knew that she shouldn't be so scared or nervous, but she couldn't help it. She was a fraid of what waited for her at the end. What if it was scary? What if it was bad? What if they told her it was a mistake and it was supposed to be someone else and she was a screw-up and she started crying and-
It was too late. She was at the end of the path.
"Dear God," she prayed, "... please don't let me die of embarassment."

ooc. no i was trying to think of tests for you but i cant really think of anything to interesting so ill stick with what i've got. Oh and you need to tell me what you think your gifts should be.

When anna reached the end of her path there seemed to be nothing waiting for her. It was a small opening and in the center sat a large willow tree. The roots were large and bulged up above the ground in many places. The branches were larger than her body and the leaves came down like a sweeping canopy. You could not see the top of it. As she stared the branches opened up and a large root picked anna up placing her in the branches. It spoke to her.

As Saku reached the end the light dimmed and before her eyes was the most beautiful creature you could ever imagine. A white unicorn stood before her its back was just above her head. It was flawless from nose to tail. Its horn produced the light in which saku had followed. Turning its head the horn tip pointed right to her forhead but did not peirce her. Instead she began to hear its voice speaking to her.

Ryo reached the end and discovered a large fire pit in front of him. A pile of ashes sat there and then suddenly they ignited and a pheonix came up from the ground. It soard in the air then circled round and landed on a branch. Spreading its firey wings it screeched out a mighty call then its eyes gazed upon him. The flames flickered around its body when Ryo looked right into its eyes. It was speaking to him through the flames. He could hear the words within his heart and see them in the movement of the creatures flames.

The mighty dragon stepped forward to speak with Ryuu and Zelik. He was the king of the woods in a way due to his ability to take action and protect the woods. His large red eyes gazed upon them both then he opened his mouth partly to speak but really he spoke to their minds.
"do you hold hope for these three" he asked "the last ones who came here did not survive. Two are dead and one has become a traitor so I'm told"

"I do." Zelik said to the dragon. "Saku, Kyo, and Anna....they didn't just discover this world by mistake. It may have seemed, to them, that they found this place by accident but I know there is something more to this. To them. The Forest Chose them, I'm sure everyone can feel it. Whether or not we hope for them to be the ones matters little...They are the ones. Of this, I have no doubt. I have the utmost confidence in them."

Saku closed her eyes, listening to the unicorn's words.
The time has come young one... Her voice was beautiful and chilling calm. It was like a song Saku could play forever. Your destinies are about to become one....
"What do you mean?" Saku asked with her mind, as if speaking aloud would break their connection.
There are two paths before you. One leads to safety and security. You can leave now and return to your home. Ease your mother's worries. This path however, is also one of blindness and ignorance, where the second world you love is destroyed and engulfed in the blackness or chaos and despair. However...There is another path. It is a road of peril and pride....of Love, truth, and betrayal. Many obstacles will block your path and your untainted hands will inevitably be stained with blood. But if you succeed both your world and ours can be saved. It is a path that will put the rightful ruler of our world back on the thrown, and a path that will harbor peace and friendship between our worlds. This is the harsher of the two paths and it will bring you to the brink of your limits...The choice is yours Saku.
"You know my name?" There was no hiding her suprise.
Everyone knows of you, Anna, and Kyo. You see...We chose you. The forest chose you.
Saku was silent for a long time.
"Will I die?" She asked hesitantly.
Such events are...uncertain. Does it scare you...?
"Yes..."
Will you run?
Again Saku hesitated. This was a lot for someone to bear and she was still a kid! Still, she wanted more than anything to them. They had been her friends when she had none. She would die for them, she decided, even if she was terrified.
"I will not run. Ever. I will not abandon these people." Her voice was strong and steady.
A warm feeling Saku could associate with happiness flooded her body and she smiled the smile the unicorn could not.
Then allow me to aid you in your journey. I give you my power as a gift. Use it well, young amandil.
Then a strange sensation engulfed Saku, making all her senses hypersensitive and her body tingle as the surge of power flowed from the magestic horse into her body.

"even you zelik must know that despair cannot defeat hope" the dragon said "if you do not hold hope then there will be nothing for them to draw upon. Despair will overcome their hearts and this place will belong to the unworthy king"
His voice was gruff and serious. You could sense the age and wisdom within him. He stared at the both of them knowing the task that they had ahead of them.
"keep that pendant with you zelik" he said "it will serve its purpose"
"to you Ryuu" he said "i must caution you. Your heart dwells on something it should not. Heed my warning, do not let your feelings control you"
With that the dragon rose up off the ground and roared a mighty roar. The mere sound seemed to peirce their hearts and restore a great fighting spirit within them. Then he turned and went into the darkness of the woods.
