Element: Wind
Rank: D
Type: Ninjutsu
Chakra points: 5cp to activate 1cp for each point active.
Effect: The user gathers a layer of air around their body. This layer is sensitive in that the user can sense any disturbance acted upon the air. An example would be the that the user could detect an incoming object such as a kunai or an attackers fist moments before said object actually hit the users body. This sense is also more difficult to fool with genjutsu than the 5 basic senses.

oh and when i say for example in a D ranked jutsu 5cp to activate and 1cp for each post active. The first post that is the say the post on wich the jutsu was cast it's 5cp just to activate it but it still counts as being active so i add 1cp to the end cost of the jutsu thats first post making it a total of 6cp used for the first post and every post AFTER that it uses up 1cp. If that is wrong please tell me.

This is a taijutus used to make a cloth like a long Scarf in to a spear. It uses pure speed to make it in to the spear it cna be used to cause soem phisical damage but its light brusing its true power comes from using the cloth to catch there opponent then pull them in to a phisical strike.

Kit uses his Claws with high speed strikes to slash the oppnent to peices. Since he heals fast with the Power of the Kyuubi most of the time he really dosent care if its countered.

THis move is similar to the Tsuuga But not as powerful he uses it to strike with increadable speed in a rotation but not enough to make it hard for him to see hsi target and he can only strike when hes close enough.
