The duo stared a long moment at Riyo, similar expressions of confusion etched upon their faces. Sphinx and Yuki exchanged a glance, before returning their attention to Riyo.
"Excuse me..." Sphinx huffed, "If you've got some sort of fetish for torture, by all means..." He gestured toward Yuki. "Let him up, see what happens."
Yuki frowned. What just happened? Typically, people weren't angry with him when he caught Dynast... At least, not for doing so. Just because he'd let him loose in the first place. He looked from Sphinx, to Riyo, jaw went slack. "I'm... Not sure who you are, and I don't pretend to know..." He started, adjusting himself atop of Dynast as he tried to struggle underneath him. "But you don't know who he is, either." A pause, as he shifted somewhat awkwardly to place a foot to Dynast's skull, pinning his head to the ground roughly. Hidden as he faced the ground, he winced against the ear splitting cry of the Dialga, but knew better than to cover his ears as they were busy binding Dynast's wrists. "While it might amuse the both of you to just let you duke it out, if he takes you down it's just going to mean that he's going to find someone else to attack." He looked up to Riyo, and despite the threatening gleam in her eye, his expression was rather calm. "Just because you don't care if you live or die, doesn't mean I'm going to put the others here in danger." God knew he did it well enough when he didn't mean to. "If you think you'd be getting a fair fight from this guy, you're nuts." He peered at Poke curiously as she stepped between them, a hint of concern forming in his gaze. Poke seemed nearly as reckless as he was, at times.

Riyo looked at Poke, then back at Sphinx, then at Yuki, then down at Dynast. Half of the words sunk in, half just floated around her head. She was silent for a moment. Her mind, which seemed to be tearing itself apart, got a brilliant idea. And a large toothy grin overtook her face. She turned to Poke. "Alright. You don't want me to hurt this man..." She began, then looked down at Yuki. "And you say he's too strong for me... But he seems kinda pathetic to me for being taken down so quickly." She said loud enough for Dynast to hear.
Quietly, she fell to her knees and laid on her side so that she'd be at eye-level with Dynast. "That's how you're gonna let it end, huh? Hog-tied eating dirt? Sad." She said, hiding her grin and giving him a look of sympathy. "How about I come by your dog house every so often and throw you a bone? Would you like that? You're obviously a dog, since you're letting them treat you like one. Hope they give you a bath while they're at it." She said with a little smile and stuck her tongue out at him.

Alex could hear the cruel words of what seemed to be a rivaling duo. Letting some of the shadow hide his presence there, he watched the two seem to taunt each other. "Hmm, I wonder who those two are?" He asked, looking at Yuki a little confused.
"Oddish" Bell jumped.
"Yeah, I think that's the trainer with that superstrong Houndoom. And by the looks of those other Pokemon, she's one of the elite in this city. We better keep our distance and pass around them" He said, wanting to be sure those two superpowers wouldn't clash with him.
"Pip?????" Glacier couldn't allow a retreat when the Pokemon that embarrassed him so long ago could finally be in his grasp. His pride clouding his judgment as he puffed his chest. "Pip Pip!" He said, standing on his top toes just to keep balance while puffing his chest.
"Sorry. But we are definitely not getting in the way of those trainers! They look pretty eager to fight." He said, picking Bell up who watched curiously.

"ahh..right..." poke started scratching her face and looking up at the skyscrapers, as if something mesmorising was up there. It was obvious that riyo was trying to make dynast attack, and she was doing a pretty good job of it too.
Looking behind she coould see yuki was straddeling dynast from above, and she had to struggle to keep her mind clear of inappropiate images.
Moving ever so slighty away from dynast, incase he was about to attack, she folded her arms and looked at yuki again who seemed quite calm, for now.

When the man stirred Inu could see just how bad a shape he was in and wasn’t sure if he’d be able to make to a hospital or anything of that nature. “D…don’t try to talk.” She tried to move him around as carefully as possible to make him more comfortable unknowingly ignoring his gurgled warning that there was danger behind her. “I’ll try to find help just-” A deep growl sounded behind Inu cutting her off in mid sentence. Her eyes grew wide as she sat up straight hesitating to look back. Slowly she turned her head, her crimson eyes showing the fear that bore down on her.
Meanwhile, Vash was still trying to find his way in the tattered city of Yamiyo and was having no luck finding Inu who he had managed to loose early on. Cursing softly under his breath he finally spotted someone in the shadows and ran up to them in haste. “Excuse me,” Vash came to a stop not far from Alex. “Have you see a little girl about ya high,” He held his hand about 4 feet off the ground exaggerating Inu’s shortness, though to him almost everyone was short. “She has white hair, huge red eyes, a white tail and a face that says ‘I look twelve but I’ll still hurt you.’” He gestured a lot as he spoke, enough to make this stranger probably think he was a little on the nutty side.

Alex turned in surprise, thinking he had been caught by some wild pokemon or thief, but alas, just a stranger who seemed to be searching for someone. As he listened to the details, he shook his head. "Sorry, sir. But I've never seen anyone like that. I just arrived in the city" He explained, a little curious about the girl's safety since she sounded like a child, yet had a tougher side. Quite curious indeed. Bell and Glacier were a little defensive, not really trusting this stranger who apparently showed up out of nowhere.

With Poke, Sphinx stepped back as well. Though, he moved away a bit farther. Eyes on Riyo, he bit his lower lip. Why hadn't Yuki just taken him back home? It could have taken him two seconds, but now... "Uh..." He stammered, "Shouldn't you take him...?" He slowly trailed off, soon finding the suggestion too late.
"Don't do that." Yuki said flatly, though he'd quickly gone tense. Mocking was a bad idea. A very, very, very bad idea. Yuki would know, he liked to do it as well. Just... Not when Dynast was able to do something about it. Now, it was not a good time. Dynast tugged against Yuki's grasp, hard, and Yuki shot a panicked glance at Sphinx, as though waiting for his help.
"Just let him go!" Sphinx shouted, taking several blind steps backward, where he soon reached Hitsu.
"Get him out of here!" She demanded, "What the hell are you waiting for!?"
Yuki gave a startled yelp, Dynast wriggled until he'd forced himself onto his side and in turn sent Yuki onto the pavement once again. Freed, Dynast took little time getting to his feet. Before uttering a word to Riyo, he made a point to put a heel to Yuki's jaw. After a moment of successfully grinding his face against the pavement in retaliation of Yuki doing the same, he jerked his attention to the woman who had provoked him. "Throw me a bone." He hissed, "I insist." His typical, sadistic grin was absent. "Or, perhaps I'll just take one for myself? I'm partial to the femur. I'll help myself to that disrespectful tongue while I'm at it."

As Inu peered over her shoulder, the glow of crimson eyes met her own. In what little light the living street lamps offered, the horns and bone adornments of the Houndoom dully shone. Maw parted, and what first seemed as the creature ready to emit another growl quickly diminished as a faint orange glow from the throat's opening intensified. Genken inhaled deeply, waves of heat forming around his jaws before he let loose a powerful Flamethrower at the two below.

Vash let out a heavy sigh to accompany his worried look. “Well, thanks anyway man. If you happen to see her let her know that I’m looking for her.” He rubbed the back of his head as he turned away from Alex and the others trying to think of what to do next. “Well, I guess I keep looking then..” Continuing on he stopped again shortly after having caught sight of a familiar face but not the good kind of familiar as he realized it was Dynast looming in the distance. Great, just what we all need. Eyeing the group that was around Dynast he saw a few other faces like Hitsu and Sphinx and decided a little more help to them couldn’t hurt, though what he could do to help he didn’t know. At the very least maybe they had seen Inu so he would have a better idea of where to find her. Wasting no time, Vash made his way over to the group coming up behind Hitsu to place a hand on her shoulder. “I can see this is a bad time, but have you seen Inu?”

As Inu turned her head the sight of glowing red eyes in the darkness was the first thing to catch her attention. Soon after she was able to make out the decorative bone and horns that adorn the beast letting her know that it was a houndoom. Frozen in place she didn’t want to make any sudden movements to provoke it to attack. Though that looked as if it might have been on the agenda anyway as the houndoom’s maul began to light up with the fire. At the last second Inu did the only thing she could think of and tried to shove the man on the ground as far to the side as possible before jumping out of the way of the houndoom’s vicious attack. Leaping off the ground Inu barely managed to grab hold of a fire escape landing over head to pull herself just far enough away from the pillar of fire to avoid any serious burns. The irony of the fire escape.

Riyo casually sat up as Dynast started moving and scratched the back of her head as if nothing was happening. She didn't pay attention to what Yuki was saying.. Or Sphinx. Or anyone else. She kept her eyes on Dynast. Her tail swayed back and fourth as he stood up. She stared up at him from her sitting position, legs folded indian style, hands in her lap.
Yup. He was pissed. She figured he would be. Not like he understood what she had just done. She shrugged and blinked. "You do realize that I just kinda helped you, right?" She asked as her head tilted to the side. "And if you really want some tongue, just ask. Your breath doesn't smell that bad." She said and giggled, obviously not intimidated and very much enjoying herself.

After another succesful beating from dynast, poke quickly ran to yuki's side in order to help him to his feet and to see if he was in any serious pain. However, she couldn't help but to riase an eye at everyones behavior. Sphinx was actualy like a full on scardy cat, however she had yet to see dynast do anything that was cause for real concern. All he did was insult riyo again.
Though, she though, riyo better hurry up and start fighting. Otherwise she would be the one to deal out the first punch, just for hurting yuki and scaring hitsu and sphinx

Alex frowned after failing to help the stranger get the information he seeked. However, the sharp sounds of battle caught his attention once more as he looked. "Those guys are seriously strong. We'll have to make another attempt to get through so let's get moving guys! We'll go around" He said, picking Bell and Glacier up, walking away down the alley and onto the oncoming street. Once he made it, he would walk briskly across the block, the sounds of that battle still heard. He used it somewhat as a guide. The sounds would tell him where he could turn the corner so not to waste time gaining distance and which areas to avoid so he wouldn't be spotted or get attacked himself in the cross fire....a flamethrower really scared him because it was so powerful. He began to run to make haste, the faster he could make it by them, the better.
Glacier wasn't happy at all because he wanted his chance to show that Houndoom he wasn't a weak little Pokemon anymore. However, even though Glacier was 3 times stronger than before, that Houndoom was still 10 times stronger than him. Alex knew that and hoped that little showdown would never happen. "This is no time to get serious about a battle we have no chance of winning, Glacier. It took everything Bell had just to let us escape that last time." He said. Of course, Bell was stronger now, but a grass type and a fire type was still a dangerous combination. Glacier turned his beak away. "Pip" He muttered angrily.

[For the record, the larger group of people are in one area of the city, while Inu and Genken are several blocks away. They're not in the same place, not by a long shot. XD Otherwise Vash wouldn't be having any trouble.]
"Don't be daft, girl." Dynast snapped, "He's no stronger than I am." Casting a glare toward his son, accompanied with a sneer of disgust. Nothing more than a second, in which he offered what would quickly be known as a fake smile due to the sarcastic tone in which he spoke. "Sweet of you to offer, love. Unfortunately, I'm not one for positive affections." With this, Dynast lifted his right foot and made a swift attempt to swing a kick toward one side of Riyo's skull. He didn't like to waste too much time talking, when there was open chance to deal some sort of damage.
Once to his feet again, Yuki seemed relatively fine aside from the scrapes from the cement. However, once he'd stood, he spat out a mouthful of black blood. Then, reached into his mouth, retracting his hand and holding out the bloodied lumps that he had retrieved for Poke to see. Dynast had jarred three of his teeth loose, and he'd finished pulling them out. "Dat's forty-scheven." He slurred, grinning in his genuine amusement. So much for charming.
Nearly leaping from her skin when Vash had taken hold of her shoulder, Hitsu wheeled around in shock. He was lucky she didn't lash out on reflex. She blinked, staring at him a moment. What was he doing here? "V-Vash?" Well, that was certainly unexpected. She nearly asked him what he was doing there, before his question had sunk in. "Inu?" She repeated, her eyes going wide. "You've lost her? Here?"
"You need a leash for that kid." Sphinx stated, glancing to Hitsu as she fumbled with the PokeBalls at her belt. "What are you doing?" Such a stupid question.
"Helping!" She barked, soon tossing out two Dusk Balls. From them appeared Makura and Meinu, both staring at Hitsu intently, focused not on what else was going on around them. "There's a young girl lost in the city, you need to help us find her. White hair, red eyes, white tail that looks like a Mightyena's." Hitsu instructed, "If she's injured or in danger when you find her, do your best to aid her. Do not let anyone, or anything cause her harm. Call out for us if you find her." She spoke quickly, but apparently the Absol and Mightyena understood. Both gave similar barks of approval, and took off in a gallop, bounding in opposite directions once they had reached the street. "Sphinx, stay here." She instructed, grabbing hold of Vash's sleeve to lead him back in the direction he had come. "Where did you last see her?"

Genken gave a snarl of anger as Inu leapt out of range, jumping down from his perch on a pile of wooden crates and quickly dashing across the alley toward where she'd retreated. The dying human wasn't interesting anymore, he wasn't fighting back anymore. Crouching down low, the Houndoom jumped toward the fire escape, jaws open and ready to snap shut on whatever he could catch between them as Inu tried to pull herself out of his reach. He failed, and landed awkwardly on his feet. He began to pace underneath her, demonic spade-tipped tail swaying irritably. The Houndoom eyed her desirously, ~Come down, child. I only want to play...~

Riyo let the first part of the conversation drop. There was no point in arguing with him. He was one of those stubborn people and she knew it. No possible way of getting a 'thank you' out of his mouth. Oh well. "Alright then-" She started, having no time to finish her sentence as she felt the wind rushing toward her from his leg. She quickly followed the direction that the leg was going, ducked under, and used her head in an attempt to ram up into his stomach. A grin once again crept up onto her face. "You're fun." She said simply.

"ughh...gawd" poke blanched as yuki pulled out not one, not two, but three teeth from his mouth. "Your recovery ability covers teeth as well?" she remarked seeming quite impressed. She would love to be able to regenerate teeth.

Unable to fully pull herself up onto the landing, Inu clung to the fire escape like a cartoon cat would to a ceiling. She just barely managed to pull her tail up and out of harms way as the houndoom lunged at her from down below. “Play?” Usually the word ‘play’ triggered Inu’s child side and she would forget all else even danger but this time she managed to fight against it. “I have a feeling your idea of play involves me and your teeth in a close and not so happy relationship.”
Looking around frantically, Inu tried to determine a good route of escape. Seeing as she wasn’t in a good position to hoist herself up and over the fire escape railing, which would more than likely land her in the jaws of doom, her only option was to leap down willingly and try to make a run for it. But she hesitated. What would become of the injured man? She couldn’t just leave him there, but she definitely wasn’t strong enough to carry him and escape. But she couldn’t just leave, the houndoom might take interest in him again.
Swallowing hard she made a decision, though her mind screamed at her, telling her it was a bad idea. “So, you want to play huh? Well –“ Inu pushed off the landing did a semi flip and landed neatly on her feet in a crouching position at the entry to the alley. “Tag, you’re it.” Not waiting to really see if the houndoom would follow, since she was pretty sure he would anyway, Inu immediately began to run for her life. If she lived through this she was sure to get a good scolding from Vash.

Feeling Hitsu tense under his touch, Vash pulled back his hand and made to defend himself as she wheeled around. When no attack came he relaxed again. “Well, I didn’t…. Lose her. I just…misplaced her?” He was cut off as Sphinx mentioned something about a leash and now that he thought about it, that might not be such a bad investment. He was brought back to reality when Hitsu tugged on his sleeve leading him on the path that followed her pokemon. “Well, I can’t rightly say. She was with me in the beginning when we entered the city, after that I-” He gave a nervous smile. “Got a little side tracked with all the destruction. This city reminds me of a few others I’ve…seen.” He had hesitated before he had said ‘seen’ almost as if he was unsure if it was the right word.
