I honestly do appologize..I didn't hear him..I think I sorta phased out..I tend to let my mind wander when I don't want to listen..Its..something I've been doing since I was really young..This is very strange though..I didn't know I could communicate with wolves via empathy. Rain put his hand behind his head and laughed abit nervously. He was hoping that his Master didn't figure out what he was doing. So he began to pet Newo's furr. "What a beautiful wolf.." Rain spoke aloud in order to keep Damian from thinking something different.
Damian kept his arms crossed and looked over to Rain and Newo. No one seemed to be speaking anymore but that didn't bother him..though he still wanted the angel to leave. "Your done here angel..Please leave my dorm before I have to get mean. I'd really rather not fight in here. I do enjoy keeping my living space nice and neat.."

Jacob stood aside as she walked in, and closed the door behind her. "There's only one bedroom, I suppose I'll make my room in the basement," he said looking around the room. It was very plain. Everything was slate gray. It was almost depressing. It was too..... dull

Olivia turned. "Oh don't worry, I have a futon. It's much more comfortable." She smiled and took out her futon. She could not see it but she knew it was pink with a floral pattern upon it. She rolled it out on the floor. "See, much more convenient than a bed."
Syfka looked and Damian and sneered. "I doubt you could defeat me in battle." She said, gauging his power and finding it lacking.

Thank you. She layed down, and put her head in Rain's lap. It was very comfortable. Is your arm feeling better? I'm sorry he did that to you. I hate seeing people hurt for the wrong reasons

"Don't sound so confident angel. Arrogence is often the downfall." Damian spoke with a glare as he looked over at Syfka once more. "Now I'll tell you one last time..Leave this place. Rain isn't going to be going with you. Even if you ask him to come with you he'll stay here with me. Besides I am not going to release him from my grasp either."
Rain smiled and just pet Newo. Lowering his head abit. It was my fault anyway..I was told not to leave and I did..so I deserved what I got..actually that punishment was much lighter then normal. So atleast I know my Master wasn't that upset with me. Besides Syfka pretty much healed it. Rain continued to pet her soft beautiful furr with a smile on his face. Looking up and listening to Damian and Syfka's conversation.

Syfka's eyes were blazing. "I could say the same to you vampire." She spat. "And this isn't just about Rain anymore, you get on my nerves." She snarled, baring sharp white teeth.

Jacob laughed. She was a funny person. "I have a feeling we are going to get along well. I'll still make my room in the basement, all of my stuff is in there anyways, heh." he sat down on the off-white couch, which was very lumpy "So tell me about yourself. You seem like a very interesting peson" he said, as his wings sunk into his back so he could lean back without hurting himself.
Claudio turned to Damian. "Wait! Just a minute, please! She knows things about me! From before I woke up in the forest! I'm from space!" he begged. He wanted to know more, he was overjoyed at the fact he met someone that had knew or at least seen him before.

"Oh darn what a pity. Someone doesn't enjoy your presence..what a crime against nature. Tell you what..Next time we see eachother we can face eachother." Damian bared his own fangs and looked over at the angel. Rain would continue to stay in his care unless the angel challenged him to a Dham Ra.
The Dham Ra is a fight held between two people who want to own the same person. Whoever wins the fight gets to keep the slave. Its pretty simple and essentially thats how a Dham Ra works. But it was such an anchient custom he wouldn't expect the angel to remember it.
Damian turned his head over to Claudio and laughed. "You've got nothing to worry about Claudio. This woman is a high angel. Which means she is essentially immortal. And I am a vampire. Nearly immortal myself..You don't need to worry about me killing her."
((Um I don't remember getting a reply from Lupis after Kurtis kissed her forehead. But I'll go check again ^^))

Olivia laughed along with him. "My father was a sorcerer, I got blind when I went into his workshop and spilled potions on me. Its ok though, they gave me my weather magic and aura reading." She tilted her head. "And what about you. i sense you are an angel. Tell me about yourself. Whats your power." Olivia always loved meeting new people, especially when they were so interesting.

~Masquerade Of The Night~ Kurtis smiled and laughed abit as he wrapped his arm over Lupis. He smiled and leaned down to kiss her forehead. Smiling softly as he sat there. He turned off the news and flipped to another channel that had a Christmas Special. One of the Ranken Bass productions. He never really cared for the stop motion animation from those so he changed the channel again. ((found it!)) Lupis sighed and snuggled slightly closer. "Its a little strange, not having animals around me. But its also kinda nice too..."

That poor child she thought to herself. He doesn't deserve it. She knew she wouldn't be able to convince him, he was young, and accustomed to his current lifestyle. Newo started feeling very sad. You are a special child. Anyone who can communicate with a Wolf Sprit must be special. I do not know what you are capable of, but you can and will do great things. She looked up and looked Rain inthe eyes. Don't become like Damian DeMarcus.

Claudio looked confuzzled. "Um.... I'm just taking a shot in the dark, but is that a match to the death?" he said, hoping it wasn't. He didn't want either of them to die. Damian was his friend, and Syfka knew things about Claudio he didn't.

"I'm a fallen angel." he said in his regular soft, kind of quiet voice. "I don't really remember my life from heaven, but I've wandered Earth for nearly one hunred and seventy years, looking for some sort of purpose. I haven't really found any, but I've learned many things. I trained in sharpshooting, and swordsmanship, and picked up on guitar, which I admit I'm not bad at." he said, happily. "I have had some rough times though." he said kind of sadly, "but I like to remember the good parts of people instead of the bad parts," he said, brightening up. "Now about the auras you sense. Explain that to me, it sounds extremely intruiging."

"Heh indeed I do. Alright then I accept your challenge. I don't have a choice in that either way then. Since you challenged me Angel you get to choose the battlefield. I'm not above putting on a show for others." Damian crossed his arms and laughed abit. Looking over at Syfka. His eyes showing just how cruel he could be. He was going to give this his all. The last thing he wanted was to loose Rain to some angel that thought him to be a monster.
Damian turned his head over to Claudio and laughed abit. "No. A Dham Ra is when two people fight over the same slave. The winner gets to keep the slave. Thats essentially what a Dham Ra is."
Rain looked down at Newo and smiled gently. You don't need to worry Newo. I won't ever become like my Master..But I still owe him my life. He took me in when I was small..And made sure I had the best education. I know that probably doesn't sound like much now...I know people think he's mean because of how he treats me..But..I think thats just because thats how he was treated at one point in his life. Ya know?
As Rain finished his sentance he blinked and looked up at Syfka and Damian as he heard the word Dham Ra. He had heard that word before in his studies. And he had hoped that would would never come up..
Kurtis smiled and placed his arm around Lupis with a smile. "I love spending time with your animals. And I know how much they mean to you. But sometimes its nice to get away. Here you don't have any barking or mewing. But your used to it so you must miss it."
