Rachel nodded to Seira as she came over to sit on the blanket with her, also actively ignoring her brother as he shamelessly flirted with her best friend. That was something she'd sort out later on - plus, he'd be leaving after the picnic was over anyway. Placing a sandwich and a cup of tea in front of Seira, Rachel scooted back to her own seat, gesturing for the girl to help herself if she wanted to.
"Well, it's not like it's uncommon where I come from to have powers..." Rachel mused, thinking of her family and friends. She'd grown up around this kind of stuff all her life. "It's just that mine is particularly strange, even for my family. I'm really not sure how I ended up with it. But if you want to see it again..."
Concentrating for a moment, Rachel sprouted a pair of arms out of the picnic blanket again. One of them grabbed a grape, the other one waving to Seira and Wisp. The hand that was holding the grape displayed it prominently, made a few flourishes, and then clasped the other hand. When the two came apart, the grape was nowhere to be seen. After several moments, the other hand made similar flourishes, producing the grape apparently from thin air. Rachel laughed lightly to herself, smiling a little as she dismissed the hands, which sunk back into the ground.
"Parlor tricks are a little hobby of mine," she explained. "My powers actually come in handy for that sort of thing once in a while." She looked back to Wisp and Seira, hoping that she was able to lighten the mood a bit for her.
--
Meanwhile, Joseph was still flirting shamelessly with Nobara. By this point, he was sitting right next to her, his arm draped around her shoulders and his hands intertwined with hers as he pressed ever closer. He was still grinning his cheesy grin as he blurted out pickup line after pickup line. At one point, he even attempted to steal a kiss. His super-charisma was in full swing by this point, and he had no intention of letting this one go.

Cat opened her eyes, fear swam in them. She looked up at Fang/Lancaster and a tear went down her chek. It mixed with the dried blood on her face.
"...he was here, I had to find Ame...he slashed my arms and legs, it urts so badly..." she said weakly. "He wrote his name with my blood....like some sort of finger paint." she said as she poited over to the name. "Where is Ame? I have to find her...! She could be in trouble..." Cat was too weak as it already was, and she developed a cough and a cold as well. She hated colds.
She looked at Fang and cupped his cheek with her hand. "Please tel m that it's just a nightmare..." she said weakly, her eyes were wide with fear. Damien would wait for the right chance again, he would, and she knew it. She shivered and shuddered.

Ame sighed, fear and anger gripping her heart. She was scared, it was so dark and she was alone. And she was angry, she wanted to see the fireworks so badly. She had never seen them before, even though Kenjiro had promised he would take her.
She saw some lights flash in the sky, it was as if they were a beacon, beckoning her towards them. She turned left, in the direction of the lights, walking slowly and clumsily through the overgrown grass.
She had no idea she was being followed. All she cared about was getting to those lights. She was so intriqued by them that when someone grabbed her by the shoulder she barely registered it. A suddenly pull finally pulled her out of her reverie, gazing up she looked into the eyes of a man who was full of so much hate and angry that Ame let out a piercing scream.
"No no no," the man said with his voice dripping like ice. "You must be quiet." He placed a hand gently in fact. "Shhh"
-------------------
Back at the picnic grounds, Melody paced around. What was going on? One minute Ame was a normal happy teenager, now she was a missing little girl. Some man was after Cat, and Lancaster. Well, he had just completely changed his apperance.
"It kind of makes you think, doesn't it?" She asked Leila softly, gazing at the twinkling stars. "We're all in danger, and most of us don't even know it." Sighing, she pointed towards the direction the others had went. "Lets go, they need our help"
Leila nodded, standing up and following Melody into the dark cruel night.

Holding tight to Cat with one hand he threw several different types of bullets in the air, catching them with one hand in his gun. "Don't worry the others will find her I promise, but I don't want to leave you here." He held up his gun first in the sky. "This is gonna be loud." He shot another flare into the sky, marking his exact position. He then shot one out into the darkness these bullets were speically made and were able to shoot rather long distances, he prayed it would hurt any danger near Cat or Ame. He repeated the process five more times, three of each flare and long distance bullets. He couldn't just leave Cat without protection but he also couldn't have any danger come to Ame. "I'm leaving my white gun here." He said as he reloaded with burst shot bullets, even if Cat missed the target the buckshots wouldn't. "Its not as good as the real thing so try not to let it get hit." He gathered some brush and bramble to hide Cat under, quickly making makeshift grass bandages for Cat's wounds "Use these and stay here, I don't want you moving too much. The others will hopefully come by soon."
He stood up reloading the black gun and dashing farther into the dark woods and bush. His body was just just a blurr matching with the darkness. His eyes still one yellow, the other blue, both his and Lancaster's voice coming out. That had never happened before but he'd worry about that later. For now, he had to worry about bring Ame back safely. "Ame!" He called out in the darkness "If you can hear me, answer me! Ame!" Faster, faster, he had to push himself faster.
----------------------
Tsuki blinked. She wasn't going to let the the others leave without her. She was the fastest and could see the best in the dark. She dashed out in front of the girls jumping into the darkness in the direction of the flares, they had to be Fang's.

It was in fact Damien who now gripped at Ame. "Shhh...go to the flares...go quickly..." he said as he pushed her in the general direction towards a firework...well, Fang's flare. He didn't need anybody, and talking to a child was easy enough for him.
So the man uses guns...interesting... Damien thought to himself as he vanshed again. He was far away now, in a valley, watching the distant fireworks.
He thought to himself and thought of a plan...yes he was going to rape and this time kill Cat, but with the extra security, he needed a plan, something that would work.

Melody ran after Tsuki, who streaked through the dark as fast as she possible could. "Man, you're fast kitty!" she gasped out, clutching a stich on her side. Tsuki turned to face her, if she had eyebrows she would have raised them. "Erm, uhm..sorry. Tsuki right?"
Leila laughed darkly, the sound of her voice eerie within all the silence. "I wond-" she began, then stopped short when she saw the makeshift hiding spot. She quickly ran to it, uncovered it and found Cat lying there, looking hurt but alive.
"Are you ok?" She asked softly. "Those cuts don't look too bad"
Melody and Tsuki both appeared beside Leila. Melody nodded her head. "Shes right. Besides isn't Ame a healer? She'll make you better, right? Where is Ame, have you found her? And Lancaster? Where did he go?" -----------
Ame stared at the man, who had now pushed her toward the firework. Anger gripped her mind. How dare he grab her and then shove her? She stood there for several moments, fuming and shaking.
"Y-your that man aren't you? The one whose after Cat?" Suddenly it hurt her, like a jolt of lightning. This man was dangerous. He wanted to hurt Cat, badly. In fact, he wanted to kill her. "Leave Cat alone!"
Before she could finish speaking, the man had disappeared. She screamed outright, kicking the ground with her small foot. As she did, something overcame her. The bright blue light surronded her once again, and this time exploded. The dazzling light it gave out spread up in the air, even higher than the now distant fireworks.
Ame, now in her adult form glanced at the night sky. She finally noticed the 'fireworks', and discovered they were flairs. She ran swiftly through the tall grass, letting her elegant legs carry her swiftly. Her long silvery blue hair whipped behind her like a mane. She ran quickly, until she suddenly plowed right into the back off someone.
She impact of plowing into someone, especially a man of such height, caused her to fly back and fall to the ground. She stared at him, his outline looked familiar, but his coloring was off. "Fang, is that you?" She asked, standing up. "It is you! Fang, hes here! He grabbed me, but then let me go. Hes after Cat." She said all this very quickly, she hadn't even noticed that Fang stared at her as if he didn't know her. "Hello Fang, its me Ame? Remember?"

@Krazy Kaori: [I am very very sory for the inconvenience of my grounding...even the length of my post cannot maeke up for the lost time. -.-;;] Yuri looked down at her listening to how she protested, and his smile droppped apathetically as he watched her, with flickering silver eyes, cough up blood, probably from the abruptness of her rise in volume. SHe spat more out and then he blinked once looking odwn at the ground over her stomach instead of her face. Now he replies to her protest, disregarding her apology at the same time, for she had nothing to be apologetic about and he'd already began to become accustomed to her apologies and their irrelevance. "I can stay here...I've nothing of any importance to do. Nothing will happen if I stay...I wouldn't have even been here to save you if I had anyting else to do..." his eyes shifted to her after he finished his explanation, and tried to ignore his own puases throughout his speech. He looked at where she had wiped the blood and thought to himself about wherethe blood could be coming from, suddenly and abruptly, yet gently, Yuri laid his head on her chest to listen to the inside of her body for any evidence of internal wounds in the way that she breathed. He recognized the injuries to be fromsomewhere on the inside by the way she continued to regurgitate her blood...he listened for her breathing first, so that he could determine whether or not it was in her lungs. If it was in her lungs then she might have been in more trouble then he at first had thought...if the blood flooded her lungs then there would be few things he could do to help her in that area...of those few none that would immediately be accepted by this girl which he'd known for less then even one day. He was used to things lie that though, so ti woud probably bother her a lot more then he...now if the blood was coming from her stomach the ays of healing it would be even more difficult, but possibly more acceptable. He listened hard, because if he screwed up and it was one and not the other, or neither, then he might make it worse by attempting to help her and doing the wrong thing. Never hahe failed a damaged 'patient' but this one he knewnothing about...and if he screwed up in healing her it would be hard to swallow because she was such a kind person. In the way she reacted to Suka's being alright it was shown very obviously that even in her current condition she was selfless...Yuri was selfless aswell, but in an opposite way and for very different reasons, as from what had gathered on her so far, she was like this of her own accord...or close to it. Though he'd gathered very little, and now he was refusing to leave her side? Odd to say the least...

Kana kept her eyes shut tightly, having wiped the blood onto her shirt and then covered her mouth once more, trying hard to stifle any more coughing. She was very tempted to start crying again, but forced herself not to. After all, he'd already gone through the trouble of wiping away her tears once, so she couldn't add any more now. She was just really scared. Why was she coughing up blood when Suka had missed with the sword attack. She winced, eyes still shut, as she spit a bit more blood into her hand and wiped it onto her shirt as well. All the while, she listened carefully to what Yuri was saying, ears perked and tilted towards him. She didn't reply after he'd finished though, mostly because she was scared to try talking again. So she just sat silently, covering her mouth with her other hand gripping the grass beside her. Her eyes suddenly opened wide though, her face flushing red as Yuri set his head on her chest. She blinked several times as if confused and shocked as she stared at him in complete silence, except for the jagged breathing. She wasn't aware, but the attack had in fact damaged her lungs, which was why it hurt so much to breathe and she was having so much trouble doing so. The feeling alone was terrifying, possibly because she didn't know what was wrong with her, and more tears gathered in her eyes, but she kept them from falling.

@Spazz: [le very sory sorriness for my long absence]
Suka noticed the way she moved when he came closer, but her silence made him frown as her reaction would have made him smirk a little had she said something afterward. "Do I not? I can go without one if you want me to..." he ws talking about his shirt, as that was the last thing he had said before she stepped back as she had. If fear had a smell then she was definitely stinking with it at the moment, for the way that she tried to make it so much less evident that she was afraid only showed the obviousness of the fear she felt for the moment. Yes, he would wrk to make that fear go away but for the moment that was nowhere near first on his to-do list. Yes, to deal with a rejection because of this incident he would need to finish training her-but to do that he did not need her to stop fearing him. To train wiht something that you fear can make you stronger, but still you will freear it on your own if you do not teach yourself to deal with it in an opposite way, that way being to become stronger so that you feel no need to fear that which you have been training so long to be unafraid of. He resisted the sudden instinctive urge to do things to her, only because he was in his biological form was he able to though....so he waited, with empty black eyes, for a reply from this Neko which ad kept silent in his approach and kept from even commenting on his statement. That he felt an emotion that was supposed to e foreign toward her kept him fromtrusting his instinct now hough, and so even with the sweet aroma of battle still tickling the inside of his nose, he kept from doing anything else he would regret, and waited with new faintsmile for a reply.

[It's ok =P] Karin watched him for a second, ears twitching as he spoke again. But for a moment she still kept silent, partly because she was trying to figure out what he was talking about. There were so many thoughts rushing through her head that at first she had no idea what he was talking about. But then she realized and opened her mouth, accidentally letting out the single syllable of a laugh that sounded mostly like a sob. She quickly brought her clenched hands to her face, forced them open, and began wiping away at her tears, trying to make them stop. She bit her lip hard but neither seemed to help much. They may have slowed a little bit, but it was hardly noticable as they continued pouring down her cheeks.
Her ears twitched again as she heard coughing and she forced herself not to turn around. She was scared to see what kind of condition Kana was in, since she could tell that it was she who was coughing. Karin didn't want to turn around and find her friend covered in blood. She'd already seen enough of that. It was hard for her to get her thoughts straightened out, her attention dividing between Kana and Suka, until she finally gathered most of it upon Suka once more. She stared up at him, lowering her hands from her eyes so they were in front of her nose and below now as her eyes focused upon him. She couldn't think of anything to say, so she gave a shaky reponse to the last thing he'd said. "I-I don't mind, either way," she replied with a very faint laugh.

Fang blinked his eyes, one was still blue, the other gold. He looked around, having slowed down a bit walking as he made sure to keep his barring around him. The others should have found Cat by now, it was his job to find Ame. His eyes scaned for any signs of movement or life what so ever. He felt someone walk into his back and fall down into the brush, rustling the leaves below. He spun around quickly blinking at this strange girl before him. Only Lancaster had ever seen the adult Ame so this girl was rather new to him. He blinked slowly and tilted his head quietly. "Oi, you shouldn't be in the dark alone, there are some bad people running around here. You could get hurt. Lancaster's and Fang's voice were coming out at the same time, it was creapy and confusing at the same time. "Eh? Ame?" He heald the side of his head that currently contained a yellow eye, growling slightly. "No way, Ame's a short little one. About yey high." He said marking Ame's hight compaired to the girl and not to him. The voice of Lancaster slowly fadded away as did the blue eye. Only Fang remained to speak. He blinked a few times. "Yah sure yah Ame? How do you know my name?"

Arashi looked at Shiori and smiled, he turned back to Trowa and nuggied him lightly. 'Thanks' Trowa punched him softly and noded wipeing under his nose. "It was no problem Arashi. I would do anything that I know my friend would love to do." Arashi noded, he smiled and ran over to Shiori and tackled her lightly. Trowa laughed and followed slowly walking. He sat down and rested his right arm on his right knee.

Yuri looked up at her as he continued to lay his head on her...the way she breathed said that there was something wrong with her lungs, thus he would have to fix that by means of doing that which he would need her permission for. He set his head up again and looked down at her blinkin once more as he found her gaze slowly, noticing that she was blushing. "Your lungs are damaged...that's why you bleed from the mouth so much right now...You can't do much until it heals and could easily end up dying if you leave it there for too long untouched..." he said this and then looked down at her chest again for just a moment before returning his gaze to the height on her which it had been at first. "I can fix that though..." he reassured her very quietly. "But it requires mouth-to-mouth contact...is that okay with you or should I find another way? Because the other way will be very painful..." he said this and his eyes did not move as he watched hers...so odd that he wouold ask such permision of one that he was barely acquainted with-though to save a life embarassment was not quite as bothersome as it could be.

Shiori stared at them for a moment, blinking several times in slight confusion. She hadn't know it was possible to bring Arashi back so quickly. Then again, the whole situation was extremely confusing to her and didn't make much sense, so she just shrugged it off and accepted it as possible. She simply watched as Arashi messed with Trowa and let out a small half shriek, half laugh as she was tackled. "Ha, hello Arashi-senpai!" she grinned, hugging him now. "Long time no see!" It hadn't even been a day since he'd disappared in the forest, or whatever had happened. She wasn't even sure. But she paused for a second, seeing Trowa sitting down, and sending him a broad grin.

Kana stared at him, her face flushing a bit darker as she noticed he was looking up at her now, still with his head upon her chest. She remained completely silent, still breathing roughly with her hand over her mouth. She blinked a few times as he finally lifted her head again, ears tilting towards him as he spoke. As he mentioned it was her lungs that were damanged, her eyes widened slightly and even more when he said she could die if it wasn't dealt with. She began wondering why they hadn't started rushing towards the hospital yet, but didn't say anything. Instead she kept quiet, blinking again as his gaze dropped once more before meeting hers. At his next words, her eyes seemed to widen even further as her face actually managed to flush a few shades darker red. She gaped at him for a moment and then looked away, towards her hand that was clutching at the grass. She was already stuck in this guys lap, and he'd had his hand on her stomach for forever, and then set his head on her chest, and now he was asking to kiss her. Or at least, that's the way her mind worded it. She told herself that he just want to help though, and she definitely didn't want to hurt even more than she already was. She had a high level of pain tolerance, but wasn't sure just how much she could handle, especially in this state. She slowly looked back at him, her face glowing scarlet. "I-I guess s-so..." she said quiety, dropping her gaze back to the grass. "How d-does... it work?" Her voice had dropped to a whisper again. She knew better than to start shouting again, no matter how much she wanted to.
