After he finished searching the first building, Bobby notice Charlie just standing there, almost in a trance. "Charlie!" he called out, "start checking these people. Find out who's burned, who inhaled smoke, and who's OK!" He dashed off into the next building.

Eulalia Danae Ruby set up a section for healing, doing what she can, despite the wear it was taking on her powers. From a distance she could see the explosions as more things burned. Something tickled the back of her mind, and while Bobby was busy with his rescues, she took off in a run towards the source of the flames. ((This Alloran isn't going to make magic chairs and shoot the s**t with you.)) Alloran continued the burn things, racing along. He slashed through any humans that happened to slow down, wreaking his cruel justice. He saw the people running towards an area, though he didn't know it was where the supers were helping them. The fire blazed all the brighter, the supports for the buildings weakening and collapsing, falling into the streets.

Ruby recognized the figure up ahead and screamed at him, "Lori! Stop this!" She continued to run forward.

Charlie didn't hear him, she was to focused, to hungry to even notice that he was even there. Her vibe wrapped around anyone that had any sort of strong emotion. Anything that would help trigger her hunger to disappear. One problem, even now it was hard to hold back. Feeding was still like a drug to her, even when there was so much quantity of it. The people in pain where crying out as their pain seemed to increase in mere seconds.
Charlotte took in a deep breath, and sucked the energy from the innocent, from Alloran, and from anyone else that was close enough to feel her vibe.

He did have to remember that she was a villian. She was used to the destruction. She was used to causing it. She wasn't used to defending people. But then, she hadn't even heard him. She wasn't paying attention to anyone. She was focused on the emotions, together they were all mixed; pain, fear, and anger. These emotions were the ones she really enjoyed to feed off of. But love was good to, though, she preferred anger and fear more.

She still didn't answer him, she just remained where she was. Focused, eyes closed, hands resting at her sides. She did look like she was in a trance.
