I get addicted to foods. Uh. I'm aware that soda is unhealthy, and that chips and fries don't hold enough nutritional value to be an entire meal, but it happens. I'm glad I have a fast metabolism. I eat in small portions throughout the day which helps, so my weight is fine. That doesn't mean I'm healthy though. Eugh. And I need to exercise in some form. At least my 20 sit-ups a day. ._.;

I absolutely love sweets and cheese.
I sometimes get cravings to eat healthily, but my brother and dad do not like to buy healthy things. So, I am anxious to be able to do the food shopping.
I wish I had time to make dinner. Stir fry, pasta, etc., anyone?

I get healthy cravings too. Salads and such. Sadly, the dressings I'd use practically make eating the salad in the first place essentially pointless. o_O

Ah, salad dressing is a killer. So are the usual toppings.
I usually try to use only 2 tablespoons of dressing and one piece of cheese, since too much of those can really add on calories.
Man, I'm gonna get all buff this summer. Like Ahnuld. -Poses- (Or, at least I hope I do! I need to tell myself to just stick with exercise this time. sweatdrop )

That also depends on the amount of lettuce in the serving you're talking about? Well, lettuce and/or other veggies.
I normally don't use cheese except in restaurants when it might be available, so that's okay. I'm just a glutton when it comes to salad dressing. I like a lot of flavor!
Plus, I'd feel weird for measuring out two tablespoons every time. Maybe eventually I'd get used to it.
I'm hoping to at least do my situps this summer. I don't have a very strong willpower, though. Heh, which sucks.

You don't actually need to measure out 2 tbsps. Once you learn to distinguish the amout, you could just eyeball how much is enough.
Iceberg lettuce pretty much sucks nutritionally. Go for darker grrens, like spinach, bok choy, or even Romaine lettuce.
I've never had asparagus before. Is it good?
Ooh, dried fruit and nuts on salad is good. The sweetness and crunchyness make salads more interesting, and if you cover more flavor bases( sweet, salty, sour, etc.) in your food, you're less likely to eat a lot, since your taste "quota" will be satisfied sooner.

Asparagus is alright. I don't think it's wonderfully fantastic or anything.
Dried fruit and nuts on salad? That does sound good.

It is good. I normally don't do it, however. (In fact, I don't really eat salad that much. I forget that it's in the fridge, and it always goes bad. sad )
I'd go for raisins ( golden or regular) and walnuts. But be creative and try out new combos.

Did I mention that I'm on a celery craze right now?
I like walnuts. Almonds are good. Not fond of raisins, though. But that makes sense for the "taste quota."

I'm been thinking a little bit about joining Facebook. What is it like? (Has it been featured on any "To Catch An Online Predator" shows?)

Don't know. Eggplant is rather conservative in comparison to Myface.
"To Catch an Online Predator" or whatever it was called featured chatrooms as far as I could tell.
Eggplant makes it really easy to stalk people. Seriously. It lets you know what everyone's doing. It's easy to use.
