The albino kid smiled. "I hope I'm not inturrupting anything between you two.." said the albino kid. As he said that comment he looked at the girl called Meghan. He then looked back at Kai frowning now due to his rude reply. "Are you deaf? I said I need you for questioning...if you say no I have the right to arrest you and then you will be taken to the police station to be question there. So you might as well do it here while you can." He explained. "The name is Alex but call me Al..." He still hold the dagger against Kai's throat but lessen the pressure against Kai's skin from Al's dagger.

Kaori grabbed the hand he placed on her, shifting Kei into a one armed hold. She laughed at herself once more. "Ah, ok.." she smiled, shaking her head gently. Then she quickly nodded at his question. "Yes!" she cried, tail flicking behind her happily.
Kai's eyes narrowed further at the male's words. "Oh no, you're not interrupting anything," he snarled sarcastically. "We weren't waiting in line to ride this. Definitely not." His tail thrashed angrily behind him, but he realized Meghan had moved there and it wrapped around his leg instead to avoid hitting her. His fists clenched as he was asked if he were deaf, and his teeth ground together slightly. "Police?" he said, voice low and angry. He didn't know what a 'police' was, but he was sure he wouldn't want to go. He did understand the term 'arrest' though. "Oh? What is this right of yours? I haven't done anything wrong. Besides, I'd like to see you try taking me in..." he hissed. He didn't flinch at all as the dagger was pulled back slightly, but added another layer of ice to his neck over the first. It was still too thin to be seen, unless someone paid really close attention or touched it and felt the coldness there. Kai growled in his throat. He wouldn't give the kid a chance to touch him. He'd sooner tear his arm off.

"Well, what ride would my princess like to ride on next?" Sai smiled as they walked through the crowd. He looked again at the different rides, wondering what she'd like. Monkichii ran around his shoulders again, almost as though he were running up a tree.
"Police?" Meghan asked, looking at the man. "That's a load of crap; even if you are a cop, we now have rights to be let off fully, seeing as you have no proof of your accuisation to take us in," she said angrily. This guy had no clue who he was messing with; she didn't like cops or polititions much, especially if they gave no reason for doing something.

"Ah... I don't know," Kaori murmured a frown coming over her face as she paused to gaze around. "There are so many choices!" She shifted impatiently in place, but was distracted as Monkichii ran along Sai's shoulders. In response, Kei clambered up onto her own, perching there almost triuphantly. Kaori laughed and poked the small dragon's side. "What are you doing?" she asked, the question directed at both of the small creatures.

Sai laughed at her question. "Trying to get rid of energy?" he suggested, smiling. He looked around, trying to find a ride to go on. "You're right... i never realized how many rides there were," he said, looking down at her. "Must be a tad overwhelming, hm?"

Kaori smiled at Monkichii and then Sai before staring around again. She slowly took in the rides once more, whirling, spinning, flying, dropping all around her. She couldn't help but nod her agreement to Sai's comment. "Yeah, overwhelming..." she murmured softly, pulling Kei off her shoulder and instead hugging him to her chest. "But at the same time," she added slowly as she turned back towards Sai. "It's exciting, you know?"

Sai looked at her and nodded. "Yes, indeed it is exciting," he smiled. He wasn't quite sure what ride to go on, seeing as there wasn't to many slow, easy going ones; most of them were fast. "I have no idea what to go on," he admited, bowing his head in slight shame.

Kaori smiled, then watched as he bowed his head. She laughed and gently patted his back. "It's ok," she grinned. "We could... wander around?" She looked around again, chewing her lip softly. "Maybe I could deal with it and ride something even though its fast! I can't really say I hated that roller coaster thing, now that I think about it... It just caught me off guard because I've never seen anything like it before." She pet Kei's head gently, red eyes resting upon Sai.

Sai lifted his head and smiled at her. "Thanks," he laughed, "and yeah, guess we could wander around." Hearing what she said next, he shook his head, laughing softly. "If you say so," he said, "but if that's the case, you are definitely picking the ride," he teased.

[He's back now. Apparently his mom is sick and he had to help her.]
Kaori frowned slightly. "I have to pick?" she repeated uncertainly, and then began looking around, intending to pick the first thing she saw. But, that happened to be a tall tower that lifted you high into the air, then dropped you halfway before lifting you again and dropping entirely. She swallowed nervously and quickly looked away. "Ah, what about.... that?" She pointed towards another ride that spun. This one went around in circles while the smaller onces went in circles as well. But each time the car the riders were in reached the outside, the people inside were slung against the edge of the car. Kaori blinked, but at the same time figured it looked like fun.
[Kinda like a Scrambler? I'm bad at explaining. ><;]

Al smiled again. "Oh good...Then why are you in a line..You are so rude! You should let the people behind you go if your not going on.." Al said pushing Kai slightly , letting go of the dagger and putting it in his hiding place, and then opening a hand open for the people behind Kai and Meghan to get through. His red eyes glared at Meghan. Still having his eyes on Meghan, Al put his index finger on Kai's throat where his saw slightly the ice layer on his skin and watched as his finger also had a layer of ice on it. He smiled. "I have the power to imate..You don't know the word police or arrest..Hmm well thats bad why don't you get a dictionary while I can have a talk with Meghan." He said finally taking his eyes off of Meghan. "And yes you have done something wrong...well I don't have proof yet..but you will see why I am questioning you untill I start questioning you..." Al ignore his comment about trying to take him in and then Al looked at Meghan once again to see what she said. "Looks like you, cutie pie...Don't like police. Don't cha?" Al said. He smirked.

Sai nooded in approvment. "Good choice," he assured, as he took her hand and started towards it. The line, again, wasn't too long; not to many people like to be crushed from the force, after all. "I'll be on the inside," he said, looking at Kaori. He knew it'd be wiser for him to be on the inside rather than her; he didn't want to hurt her or anything.
Meghan blushed. "D-don't call me cutiepie!" she said, clenching her fists. She'd punch him, of course, but if he was a cop there'd be loads of trouble. "You're right, I hate police among other things. Second on my list, infact," she said, saying the last part to low for human ears to hear. "What's your point?!"

Kaori smiled and followed after him. "Um, ok..." she murmured, not sure why he wanted to be in the inside. It didn't matter to her, but then again, she didn't realize that was the person who'd have the other thrown upon them. So, for now she remained blissfully unaware as she waited in the line.
Kai glared at him. "You b*****d," he hissed. "At least I don't go around randomly holding knives to people's throats!" Kai's hand lashed out, grabbing the male's wrist painfully tight in his grasp. "Don't touch me," he snarled, eyes flashing in rage. "I don't care what damn powers you have. Just go away!" Kai didn't let go of Al's wrist, and his hold tightened as Al began speaking to Meghan. He twisted the male's arm sharply to the side, intending to snap it if he said anything to further irritate him. "You remind me of someone," he growled at Al. "Misa and Light, the only other people who managed to piss me off as easily as you can." His eyes were narrowed dangerously, teeth clenched, fangs bared, and growling from his throat. He glanced at Meghan for an instant, ears twitching slightly as he took in her words. Then, still holding her so he was between her and the male, he glared back at Al again.

Al smiled. "Nice play of words.." Al said still smiling. Al's arms turned boneless, that he copied the power from somewhere in the line, as Kai grabbed his wrist. "Ow..That hurts.." he said sarcastically. His arms slided out of Kai's hold before he tighted it. "I can't go away!" Al shouted but his shout was loud he can break even a tree branch as well as glasses, glass..etc. You could feel the wind from his shout and breath. He copied this power once again from some one else in line. "I still need to question you.." This time he voice was back to normal. He looked at Meghan and said nothing then backed to Kai

Kai didn't react as the male's arm turned to rubber, but what pissed him off further were the words he uttered. "You-" he said, voice shaking in an effort to control his rage. "You call me rude, and then you go and do things like that! You're... you're worse than Misa!" Coming from Kai, that was probably the worst insult someone could receive. "So why don't you ask your stupid little questions so you can get the hell out of here!" he snarled. As he saw Al glance back at Meghan, Kai stepped slightly in front of her again.
