River - 'A large natural stream of water flowing in a channel to the sea, a lake, or another such stream'
Curious and often sticking her nose in the wrong place, River lives to discover. She likes learning new things and discovering mysteries, often finding herself bored when she has nothing to question. She's been spoiled her entire life, resulting in River not being accustomed to hearing the word 'no'. She doesn't pitch a fit or whine, but River can try and worm her way into a more positive situation for herself without realizing. She dislikes being handed things without any effort put on her part, however, often conflicting with her natural expectation for things to go her way. She can frustrate herself in the process, but she's aware of her bad habits and tries to curb them once she notices it's happening.

Sofia - 'Wisdom'
Sofia feeds off the energy of others, eager to engage in social situations and make new connections. Peppy and playful, Sofia doesn't seem to take much seriously on the surface, although that is far from true. She can be fairly sensitive, although she's learned to swallow it and cover her feelings with a smile. She likes the image others have of her -- of being the bubbly Phim everyone wants to spend time with. It's hard to admit her feelings or acknowledge she isn't always happy. She's close with her twin, Emma, who she vents to regularly and glues herself to their side. Emma is the only one she willingly opens up to, often keeping others at a distance to prevent prying minds.

Emma - 'Whole'
Her moods switch abruptly, with any little thing triggering a change. Luckily, Emma doesn't tend to react extremely, although she is honest with her feelings. Emma prefers keeping to the side, observing others and interacting only when she feels like she has a good feel on the situation. She has a snarky side that comes out when she feels challenged -- something she absolutely hates about herself. It reminds her of her mother, who she isn't too fond of. Emma clings to the side of her sister, Sofia, often content in letting Sofia take the spotlight. She's always there for her sister, both physically and emotionally, and will always put her sister first. She expects the same from Sofia, which can trigger jealousy when Sofia befriends others.

Born in a litter of four due to a fling. He had a fairly average childhood. It was clear his mothers were not together and Masina was unsettled at times by Eurydice and the twins, but Lotan found it amusing most of the time. Once an adult he wandered off without saying anything to either parent. While wandering he met Salazar, who spent far too much time bringing themselves down. Irritated at the sight and hopeful to help the clearly low-esteemed Salazar, Lotan stuck around and worked on Salazar's ego gently. Months continued on and Lotan evidently caught feelings for Salazar, although he refused to act on it. No -- he wanted Salazar to love themselves.

Born in a litter of four to lifemated parents. He had a loving childhood, but that didn't stop him from being perpetually nervous and on edge. Everything was so... much, and he often found himself overwhelmed by the world. His family did their absolute best to provide him comfort and reassurance, which he grew up appreciating. Once an adult he stayed within the tribe. During a fight with his sister, Hestia, he decided to prove he wasn't a "scaredy-cat" and decided for their tribe mod to be right over their eye -- a painful and "badass" location, in Heph's words. He also had his piercings done at the same time. It served as a good moment for him to realize he could push himself to do frightening things, boosting his confidence in himself.

Fenriz doesn't remember how it happened due to their young age, but he took up the position of leading his brothers. It was, honestly, incredibly stressful, as he sacrificed his childhood for the safety of his brothers. He didn't complain, although he felt the wear and tear during their growth. Once an adult he immediately left the group, relieved they could fend for themselves and in desperate need of some space.
