He looked at her as she said that he didnt need to worry about pleasing her but the reason he did save her so much was because he wanted her to be safe and happy. Yes he loved her and didnt want to lose her to some scumbags who would abuse her but as he said when he gave her the ring he made her, he would step through the worst fire in the universe to get to her. When she spoke about donating to cyborg communities and such, that could be a double edged sword but then again, it was how it was handled. Many like Cody required the metalic limbs because life threw a hard curveball at them, that was understandable, but their are also those who chose to do this to themselves freely and without regard to their humanity in a sense, which was what people hated. Either way he heard her begin to head towards her room where she explained getting rid of her bed and turning the bedroom into an office which before he could even get a word in, the door closed as he sighed, Mia scurried up to the table, "You okay?" She asked but he nodded, "We just got back from the hospital, i can understand she has a lot on her plate, i just didnt want her rushing herself with too much to carry alone." He said softly as he went back to his room and sat at his desk and went back to repairing Sara.

Cody was doing good with getting a head start on Sara, but as he was getting her internal metal skeleton fixed up, he heard a knock at his door when he saw Kaylee basically in a suit but as she spoke, he got up and found that she already had the bed removed and the desk brought in which as she waited, he walked over to her, "Kaylee, are you okay? You need to slow down a bit." He said softly and a bit out of concern, "I get that you have had to deal with things no one else has had to but dont you think that kicking it into high gear like this is a bit much and probably bad for your health?" He asked as any concerned fiancee would. It was something he feared a bit, that she was now rushing herself trying to 'catch up' to the time she missed out on.

He looked at her as he looked at her which he thought it over, he looked at her outfit, "Maybe try dressing down first, your in business attire which will have people staring at you, second, lets hit a small town, its an hours drive away and we can get something nice. Besides, a small town has less people, less crowds and not just to keep you from being spotted but will help allow you to get air." He suggested softly, trying to be the one who helps calm her mind, to bring her brain in to land and cool its jets.

He saw that she understood and had gone to go change but as he would grab his things. He looked at Mia and asked if she could run a system run check on Sara's chips to make sure they are properly working so that when he frame is repaired, she should be much closer to being fixed. When Kaylee finished changing he left the apartment and would walk to the car, but when they left, he made sure they werent followed, making sure no one was tailing them as they left the city and headed out to a smaller town. They ended up in a small town in the country, he landed and would get out, walking around with Kaylee hoping the fresh air would calm her mind.

Cody walked around with her til she suddenly pointed out the bit with the shop which as she pulled him inside the 'antique' shop with some of the tech from maybe 100 years ago, old for him, new for her. He saw that she was going from one thing to another as he gently grabbed her hand to get her to slow down, "Kaylee... kaylee!" He said softly as he gently held her hand, "I understand your excited but we came to get fresh air and to relax." He stated softly to her as he felt she was running around as if her head was cut off. He then thought it over, "How are you feeling by the way?" He asked as they had gotten to a place that was less packed, more open air save for the antique shop.

He saw that she did suddenly realize how excited she was getting but as she did, her excitement seemed to collapse on itself and then she seemed sad. He wanted to comfort her but as they went to get some food, he sat at the table with her but gently reached over and took her hand into his metal hands, "You shouldnt have had to apologize... i should because you are still experiencing the world, you are seeing what you missed and i understand that... but with how much you are catching up with, I feel the world is trying to catch up with you and didnt want you being overwhelmed." He admitted softly as he looked at her gently, he wanted to be with her, but he didnt want her to burn herself out trying to do too much. 300 years worth of advancements was a lot to catch up on and he just didnt want her to push herself to do it when she was trying to get fresh air and relax after having been kidnapped again.

He looked to her when she spoke and could see that she was relaxing some but he sighed softly, smiling gently back, "Kaylee, I want you to be safe more then anything in the world. You dont deserve all the bad things that have happened to you and now well, you are a free spirited woman that i wish to keep in a glass jar on the shelf to keep you protected. I know I cant do that or risk sufficating you, but that doesnt mean I wont stop trying to keep you safe, I love you too much to think of you being taken again... I saw how those black market dealers were... I saw other women being sold... and ive heard stories of it... its sickening and thinking about it scares me that it could have happened to you." He stated softly as he looked at his metal hands, still feeling like making him being with her would be bad, what if he hurt her?
