WAR - May 14th, 2018

Tonight was Night of Champions, coming off No Way Out there were three championships on the line in a special, rare edition of Monday Night War, where the CWF Women's Championship was on the line, as Alexa Bliss who had just won the title off of Becky Lynch at No Way Out, would defend the Championship against a deserving Kairi Sane. With the two women putting out as much as they could, it would be Alexa Bliss who would show just how much she was worthy of being championship material when she single handedly defeated Kairi Sane, pinning her in the ring clean. However, she would eventually be interrupted when her celebration was cut short, with Sasha Banks making her appearance, and signifying that she was coming for the CWF Women's Championship at WrestleMania when she attacked the champion and laying down a statement. The Boss had lost her Championship two months back at the Royal Rumble. But then Sasha's party would be spoiled when recent former champion Becky Lynch would make her presence be known, marching down to the ring and bexploding Sasha, standing tall over both women with the title in hand! a Triple Threat Match at WrestleMania is in the motions!

Abyss would then defend the CWF United States Championship against Samoa Joe, with Joe who had recently lost the Championship in Japan in a Fatal 4 Way Match which also involved Sami Zayn and Austin Aries. With the two big men slugging it out and Samoa Joe putting out no stops to try and recapture his CWF United States Championship, it would be all be put to an end, after Samoa Joe would fail to regain his title due to outside interference by Austin Aries, who would interfere in the match and attack Samoa Joe, thus Abyss keeping his title by ruling of champions advantage. After that match, Sami Zayn would take on Hellfire in a number one contender's match for the CWF United States Championship, with Sami Zayn getting another chance for the title. The two would slug it out back and forth, with Hellfire almost putting Sami away in a quick yet effective exchange, The Monster Abyss would make his presence be felt as he would attack Hellfire causing the match to end by disqualification, and then he would turn his attention to Sami Zayn, laying out both men. Hellfire would get the win, and would go onto WrestleMania, but after deciding that Sami wasn't done any justice, management had decided to make the match at WrestleMania a Triple Threat Match. However, on Friday Night Throwdown, Sami Zayn takes on the Monster Abyss in one on one single's competition, to prove why he deserves to stay in that match!

And in the main event, Rob Van Dam would take on Triple H, defending his CWF World Heavyweight Championship after days of coming off the Elimination Chamber match. A very gamed Triple H however, was no match for a newly crowned CWF World Heavyweight Champion in Rob Van Dam, as Rob would successfully defend his Championship title, pinning The Game clean and defeating him to retain. Rob Van Dam's celebration was cut short though, as he would be interrupted by Ryback, a man who lost the Championship back at the Royal Rumble, and is now invoking his rematch clause with his sights set on capturing back the gold at WrestleMania.

And to close the show, we would get a promo from the newest signee of the CWF Roster, which would be Ronda Rousey, where she had debuted at CWF's No Way Out, attacking the newly crowned champion Alexa Bliss to make a statement. She pointed to the WrestleMania sign, indicating that she was gonna challenge Alexa for the title at 'Mania, but after what she had to say in the ring, that wasn't the case---she would then issue a challenge to any woman in the locker room area, as where Io Shirai, the "Greatest Wrestler Ever" would step up to the plate, standing nose to nose with Rousey, where the two would meet at WrestleMania.
