Zayana
As they wandered about the stalls, Zahara focused on the list the mystic had provided, ignoring the silly Earthlings. Sure, she was bumped a few times, but it was only the child cried that she forgot her list and looked to her sister. They moved through the crowd, keeping tight to their side so they wouldn't lose each other. That was important, they could not lose each other as they hunted for their mystic.
"You don't think that the mystic would rush to the danger...do you?"
Zayana already knew the answer. Nivalis was young and excitable and seemed keen to stay from the plan.
"I swear if she's in that crowd I'm dragging her back to Elzira by her ear."
the stress and drama was too much for the young Elaria and she wanted to go home.

CarminerEstivati decided she wanted nothing to do with the chaos, and fully began to pack up their booth as people ran buy. Chardae took off to find Orivato once more, leaving Carminer alone to either help his sister or help himself to some gossip.
Naturally, he decided to find some gossip. As he moved through the crowd, he brushed by others with a cheery chirp, before he neared the back of the crowd. He actually saw a familiar face in the form of Ezra, with a curious being next to her, and neared as the arrival began.
"Well...that's something you don't see every day..."
He's tried to stand taller, to see more than the smoke, but he just wasn't close enough. Giving up for a moment, he sipped at his wineskin and looked at the crowd.
"Think it's worth a closer look, my dears?"

Aeuri - Post 7
Aeuri pushed up and away from the table, grabbing his sister'site wrist and tugging her along. He pushed his way through the masses without his normal concern. All he wanted to do was find their caretaker so they could be together and possibly make their way to safety.
"Do you think she's by where they fell?" He's asked, still too far away from the outskirts to be aware of what was happening.

Nivalis - Post 5 She'd always known that her tribe was small and 'new' in the grand scheme of the world, and that the number of living Earthlings far exceeded the number of Elaria on their island. But this crowd, combined with the growing numbers and apparently type of Earthlings that inhabited Tendaji just made the task of conquering any of them seem daunting. There were so many of them, and so few of her sisters.
And now they could fly, which struck the young mystic as absurdly dangerous to anyone who didn't have that ability. Like the Elaria. If they'd tried to land that giant, flaming beast in the forests of Yael, the whole island may just as well have burnt to the ground. She didn't like it. She didn't trust it. Her hand slipped from Naqenni's wrist to her palm to thread their fingers together.
Nivalis glanced upward toward her older sister. Naqenni, at least, didn't seem especially surprised and not near as concerned as Niva felt. Ever the confident and experienced ray of collectedness for her younger sisters. And even while seeing all of this for the first time, her mission hadn't changed: conquer them.
Niva didn't feel confident. She felt small and uncertain.
"You're right," she decided on a muted mutter. If nothing else, it was hers and her sisters' duty to inform the rest of their tribe. Her list of provisions seemed unimportant in comparison. She'd need to find Zayana and Kanika... Would they be here in this crowd too? Looking on at these strange new arrivals and thinking like Naq?

Barihn Post 6 "Oban lineage? The...darker red people, riiiiiight? You're pretty smaaart," Barihn nodded at Amalric as he pulled him close. "How about we keep close and listen in? Maybe they can tell us something cooooool. Or if there's a fight I will protect you. Okaaaaay?" Barihn felt like this was an agreeable suggestion and was even proud he had thought of it. Most cute boys wanted to be protected, right? "Keep close to meeeee."

Estellaina Post 6 Estellaina huffed at the man and his desire to get closer, but agreed to follow after him if only to simply keep an eye on him as well as the strange newcomers. She supposed it was no different than her own showing up, though these....sky beings seemed far more dangerous than anything she could ever imagine doing. They had odd equipment and so many other things that she felt could harm everyone around. "Perhaps they are not hostile for now, but their...everything seems a bit superior to ours. You are not worried about this?" she asked, hesitantly sticking close to Ozzrick's side.

Eziya Post 5 First the strange creature and now these newcomers. It was a lot to take in, but Eziya was more concerned on whether they were in need of healing or not. They did not seem to be hurt in any way, but they could also be hiding it as well. "We should get closer so I can potentially look at the new people. How does that sound? Is that acceptable?" she questioned, though she was already on the move closer.

Xariy Post 5 "How intriguing. This is most certainly not something I expected. Do you....do you think they have anything worth stealing?" Xariy snickered, that familiar thieving itch creeping back into her. Oh the interesting things she could snag from them. "Maybe....maybe I can get something off of them when they aren't looking. What do you think, handsome?"

Uzumati - 4
He didn't exactly understand why he was choosing to follow this stranger yet Uzumati kept going forward. The crowd was bursting around this area and it made the unsocial male crinkle his nose. Were so many that attracted to danger? He was surprised that there weren't more fleeing. It felt as if instead the whole crowd was surging towards the place where the smoke was.
While he had been prepared to fight a beast the man was stumped to see strange earthlings instead. Who were they and did this mean a fight? His fists clenched as even he tried to get closer as to hear what was going on...

TYYN - post 7
Tyyn nearly fell over herself when she saw what was coming out of the sky. What was that? How did it even work? Tyyn couldn't begin to wrap her brain around it. She looked back to the leaf boy to see if he was even seeing the same thing she was.
And then, when it finally landed... well... it was earthlings. She felt her mouth pop open with disbelief. "Are you seeing this?" She nearly yelled out to the leaf boy. "What is even going on?" She couldn't wrap her head around anything that was happening. Were they even being honest when they said they were friendly?

Kieran - 3
Kieran glanced over at his companion and gave a soft sigh, "I apologize." He closed his eyes thoughtfully before glancing back over at her again with that faded glow, "In my excitement to have you with me I've truly forgotten myself. I was raised to question these beliefs, but it does not mean I don't respect them. I just wished to ease your worries." After all so many believed in these things back at home so how could he judge her? Nor could he expect her to transition to a new world so easily. Back home he was the oddball, not Taijana.
Yet even he was surprised to feel her take his hand. A genuine smile lit his features as he laced his fingers with her's. He definitely would keep her safe. Strange how a thought flickered through his mind after years of solitude, but this petite woman next to him stirred something...his mind trailing off Kieran watched as suddenly a commotion moved the crowd.
"Taijana stay close." He whispered as he found them pushed forward through the crowd and towards the source of disturbance. There standing before the crowd were two strangers, strangers that even he had never seen or heard the likes of. "Are they...not from here?" It was an obvious question, but one that baffled him. It seemed Yael was not the only country separate from the other races.
While he wished to learn more Kieran stopped to stand protectively next to Taijana, "How are you?" He whispered quietly as his gaze studied her with concern, "If you feel light headed lean on me. I'll support you."

Amarone post 7
As the newcomers spoke, Amarone slowly moved as close as she could to the group before the soldiers stopped her. It seemed they wanted to play 'what's best' and didn't feel she needed to get up close and personal. Well no matter, she could still see from here, and hear as well! As she watched them work on the machines, she was itching to push through and get her hands dirty.
"See...this is what I'm talking about! Inventing new things that help people, bring people together. This is life!"

Zyphire - 3
"Hah, I suppose." Zyphire grinned at the woman. Talk about someone who seemed to know how to have fun in this crowd! "Me? You could call me yours if you would like, but Zyphire is my name also."
Amusement flickered across his expression at the mentioning of bad fish. That would probably leave more than a scar in her mind. Probably a sore elsewhere... His gaze traveled down to those luscious hips before he forced himself to look back up, "I was thinking something more spicy." He smiled and gestured forward, "It's this way."
Of course though it would prove hard to hit on a lady when the sky suddenly exploded and the crowd surged around them...

Tyiva - 4
It seemed good food wasn't the only report that Tyiva would be bringing to the mystic. Hearing the sudden stir the young Alkidike jumped as the sky exploded. Was it a legendary creature?! Her hands went to her bow instinctively and she glanced towards Karo, "Careful. Seems as if we may have some true festivities soon."
Yet when she pressed forward with the crowd Tyiva found herself even more startled. Strangers?! How many earthling races were out in this world? How would her mystic react to hear about this? It truly was a worrisome thought...

Chryssa - 5
And there it was. Hybrid uttered like a curse. Chryssa reached up a hand as if to smack the iceling, "I wouldn't even blame the way of pure bloods on you. You are just incorrigible!" At the same time the sky exploded around them and the next thing she knew the man was running off, "Must have been rejected by Zena. Who would have something like him?" Would be a shame to any race. Despite the chaos around her Chryssa found her gaze watering. It made no sense but she hated how someone could make her feel abandoned and betrayed. It was too similar to another situation from her childhood. I suppose a hybrid isn't worth caring about. She prayed that the gods would give him some good karma for his rude behavior.
But now what? Her hand raised to touch the tip of her bow as archers ran forward. Even as an apprentice she had good aim...so should she move forward and see? It would be best to save her aim towards something helpful, though the idea of shooting that iceling in the behind seemed pleasant as well. Would benefit all of society. Still it seemed as if there was a reason for the rush around her. Exactly what was this fuss over anyway?
