Marksman in the Chaos

PostPosted: Thu Aug 03, 2006 8:06 pm

"That one tormented soul. I can sense him a light year away, even without the sensor relay he cut off. Looks like we have to fly blind for a little while. "Order 66..." The pilot mumbled to himself. "The clones in that generation, were manufactured, not personal. If this guy can clone himself, we don't need to worry about any repeat of the order 66, but worry about those more powerful than he."

"Right and....-"

Rathen looked both ways as if someone might be listening in on them and leaned over the chairs and looked at both masters.

"-they say.... unofficially the clones the imperials use now... what’s left of them... are based off a different gene template... they say that a splinter group in the old imperial government tried to make their own army out of clones as well.... but of course that’s unofficial, you'd have to dig pretty deep in order to find any hint of that situation...."

Rathen smiled at the two Jedi and leaned back.

"This was after the clone wars so I think only the original clones are still embedded with order 66...."

With that Rathen laughed and looked thoughtful for a moment.

'this is what you get when your entire life revolves around fighting in bars... you have all day to waste before the truly unruly ones get drunk... yep... lots of time on the public net feeds.... lots and lots and lots of time..."

The Master laughed, "Well Gre'Send can you believe that?" He laughed some more, and then spoke again, "The clones, if they were even still around, would have to be from a new template. Jango Fett, and the genes they used to make the clones were destroyed long, long ago, in a galaxy far, far away. In fact, I'm not sure that the planet they were manufactured on exists still. We'll haveto look. What else do you know of the Force, boy?"

"Well other then the ability to jump and run faster not much..."

Rathen chose not to tell them about his blindfold fighting style. He wasn't sure if he could trust these two yet but for now he just wanted to enjoy the ride.

"Ah. I sense you feel uneasy, young man. You need not fear us, but need not tell us everything, not until we are Jedi brothers. For now, rest in your own security." The master settled in, closing his eyes slightly, and then opening them with a yawn. He punched a few coordinates into the central console, "Get readyto jump to hyperspace boys."

Rathen shrugged at the jedi's comments.

"Who said anything about me becomeing one of your Jedi brothers? I just stowed away becouse those guys down on earth were getting annoying...."

Before Rathen could say anything else the ship lurched fowards and flew off into hyperspace.

Gre'send had braced himself, not moving an inch at the ship's sudden acceleration, long ago getting used to it's pull. "We in the jedi order don't care for stow aways, perhaps we should throw you off...Now I do suggest you remain civil while in our custody."

The Master leaned back into a resigned position, "I trust he will, Gre'Send." He stretched his legs forward slightly, and entered a sleep-like trance, a Jedi technique.

"you guys don't know me too well then..."

Rathen mutterd leaning back in the seat and realizeing that it once again made him more uncomfortable then before. After another few mininuts of shifting he finally got comfortable again, at least enough to start to doze off, and within mininuts he was asleep.

Marksman in the Chaos
The Sith, named Thedac, smiled, and activated his saber. The hilt was two feet longer than normal, almost toolong. He used it to bash a droid away, and then deactivated the droids. "So, a spar?"

Sola smirked raising her staff horizontally infront of her, "A spar it is."

Thedac ducked only a couple inches, the staff whizzing by. He turned, slashing horizontally at her waist.
