Big Show saw that Cena was fading, that is why he looked to grab the head of Cena and hit a headbutt, hoping that he would only stumble back, but stay on his feet

Big Show would begin to exit the ring after hitting the spear. However, he wasn't done. Once he exited the ring, he looked to grab Cena's arm and toss him outside the ring
