Max lifted himself off the bench after her, stretching his joints as well. Sitting for a few hours telling tales tends to tense a person up, it seems. Well, nevertheless, he enjoyed it, as he did whenever he was spending time with Rayen, as he rediscovered today. Man, he still couldn't believe he'd actually ran into her. His smile remained plastered on his face, though he shivered a little as the late day chill started to get to him. "Well, hey, you live there, so you've got that goin' for you already. Anything else is just a bonus in my eyes." He said, not realizing how flirtatious it might've sounded. He at first trailed behind Ray, but he eventually decided it'd be a better idea to walk side-by-side, a bit of space between the two of them. "Well, you lead the way!" He hummed softly as the two of them walked out of the park, his mood the best it'd been since he'd moved.

Aiden made his way to the park, nodding with a smile at the beautiful ladies he was passing by. Though he just gave the men a short, simple nod. He wasn't sexist or anything, he was just more fond of women over men. Men bored him and they were predictable creatures. As for women, on the other hand. They were wild, unpredictable and interesting goddesses. They could make him feel a way that the other gender never could. The sight of them sped his heart rate up and something else raised up with it. To put it bluntly anyway. He was nearing the park and felt himself lose his breathe. It was a very beautiful place and the air he breathed into his lungs was an indescribable feeling.
"All these beautiful women. Perhaps I could find someone who would be able to live just as long as I.. he said to himself as he sat down on one of the benches. He leaned back and let his head fall. The air here felt so clean compared to what he was used to. The air back in London, which was where he moved from, it was very polluted. It was tainted, you could say. The people there did not really care for it. They only cared about their material things and having the latest tech that was coming out. Aiden, was a simpler man. Though he did enjoy the luxuries in life, he preferred human interaction or even a phone call over text messaging or whatever people like to do these days.
Walking along the path, the tall ginger earned some stares as she headed for her favorite bench: the one right under a large tree. Though even after several hundred years, it still took some getting used to. Nearing the bench, she stopped in her tracks upon noticing someone occupying it. Normally, she wouldn't mind sharing it, it was a public bench after all...but given her height...it made things rather uncomfortable for the young woman. And she did not want to be watched like an animal at an exhibit during her reading time. Yes it was late, but it was the only time she could read in the park without causing a crowd. It was so much more peaceful. Thinking she could use her height as an advantage, she approached the sleeping male, determined to make the bench all her own.
“Excuse me....sir...? Do you mind scooting over?”
There was an evident accent to the young woman's voice, Scottish, though not as strong, it was clear as day where her origins lied. Not to mention the bright orange hair that came with it.

Aiden was startled when he heard a voice speak to him. "Oh I'm sorry. This must be your seat. You can have it back" he said as she pushed himself off of the bench. He looked at the woman and his heart fluttered a bit. The woman was beautiful, but she also looked a bit impatient. So he wasted no time adhering to her request. Aiden walked around for a bit, though there wasn't too much to this day. Mainly just doing a bit of sightseeing and walking around. Totally eventful.. so he decided to make his way home and just sleep into the next day.

After successfully getting her bench, the tall ginger would have a seat and lose herself in her novel. Unaware it was already dawn by the time she has noticed more people walking around, that had explained the noise. Putting down her book she sighed, debating on whether or not to leave. It was hard to do anything in broad daylight, even if she managed to dress nicely to avoid the awkward stares and finger pointing, it never failed.
"Ive always stayed hidden to remain in my comfort zone....maybe it's time I change that....”
The young woman finally decided it was time to come out of her shell and continued on with her reading. It was so much easier in the day time and warmer!
Location: Soleil Park Current Mood: What an interesting little town, I wonder what sort of things I'll find.
The world around seemed brand new, new air, new smells, new sidewalks to walk upon, new people to get familiar with, new everything. The wondrous scent filled the air of the fragrant flowers that surrounded him, the splendid beauty of the vegetation growing healthily around him, and the plethora of wonderful experiences that were in store for him all filled him with such... dread. He wished he were home right now, he wished he could laze around in his room all day, but his parents had some other ideas for him. Like getting out into the world and experiencing life for what it really was, who wants life when you could have your room? But as Bastion walked through the part, taking some time to look around at the scenery he enjoyed what he could about the experience, as much as he didn't want to be there it was rather pretty. With headphones in his ear he walked about, trying to set up a decent surveillance on the land he would be living in for a while, when he stumbled upon something interesting. A girl, nearly a whole foot taller than him, he knew he was short compared to most other males, but this girl was straight ginormous. She we even reading a book, he couldn't identify it from the title it was to far away from him to see, so he took a step forward. Awkwardly he stared at the book in the girls lap for a few moments, trying to decipher it's title with little to acknowledgement of the girl herself, besides her abnormal height.

The ginger had been so engrossed in her book that she didn't notice the male staring at her until at least a few minutes later when she needed to take a drink from her water bottle. At first she thought it was another person looking for a show but when she took a second look, she noticed his eyes had been locked on the cover of her book. Sighing in relief, she held up the book so he could get a look.
"I'm reading The Borrowers. It's a fantasy book. Have you heard of it?”
She asked him, trying to make conversation to avoid the subject of her height. Having no idea that the boy was mute.
Location: Soleil Park Current Mood: Hello darkness, my old friend.
His eyes stuck to it's target, the book was the target, the goal to obtain the title in a timely manner and return to HQ. His dull white hair hung over slightly, intruding upon his facial feature blocking on of his eyes from sight. His bright green eyes trying to intrude the books privacy and discover it's secrets. Then suddenly he heard the voice of the girl, looking up from the book he saw the girl's face looking at him. It was at this moment he knew he was screwed, caught in the social conventions of conversation with no way to retreat, like fighting a four front war and they're all surrounding him. The battle is lost, sir. He told himself as he stared at the girl blankly for another moment before it registered to him what she had said. Bastion wanted to say, "No I can't say I've read it before." But all he could muster up was a blank face, and a moment to adjust himself and return to his upright position. Reaching behind his back, he felt another wave of dread hit him as he realized he had left his bag at his new room, where his pen and paper were or any of his other options of communication. He rolled his eyes slightly and looked around for a moment before looking at the girl and shrugging. Looking like a mime with little more to do than bother people, he hung his head slightly in shame. Shaking his head, he considered just walking away if his legs would let him.

The girl blinked in confusion, wondering why the boy said nothing and simply shrugged instead. Was he mocking her with his silence because of her height? Or maybe something was wrong? Not sure on what to do, she decided to keep her cool and be patient by giving this person a chance. Perhaps she had finally met someone that wasn't all that bad as she thought.
"Can you not speak?”
She asked in a gentle voice, her tone mellow and soft.
Location: Soleil Park Current Mood: Wow that was an impeccable guess.
Shaking his head at the floor, he tried to discover exactly what he could do in this situation with no way to directly communicate he was left standing there looking like an idiot. In situations like this, there was no shame in just walking away, he would probably never see this woman ever again, and she probably wouldn't even remember him. Best case scenario she forgets he ever stopped to look at her, worst case as he walks away she throws the book at the back of his head and kills him. Those seemed like pretty good scenarios either way, so he may as well start walking. Just as he had turned on his heels to start walking again the girl spoke again, and at that moment he turned back to look at her, his face slightly surprised. That was incredibly quick, not many pick up on the whole unable to talk thing quickly. Scratching the back of his head softly, he nodded his head, the bushel of white hair following the shake softly. Then it hit him, he reached into his pocket and pulled out his phone and clicked a few buttons, pulling up his contacts list he presented the phone to her. Gesturing for the girl to take it.

"You said a dead drop, didn't you?" He asked with much intrigued and a smile on his face. "There aren't many people who know what that is. You and your contact are the real deal." This was actually kind of exciting for the human male. It had been a while since he's done any espionage stuff like this before so I pumped up the daredevil to be doing this with Oda. "Thank goodness I've got my gun, just in case the Saika wanna show thier ugly faces around." While being with Oda can be dangerous He himself was no stranger to danger. What's another enemy or two to him? But now that they were at the park He was gonna follow Oda's lead.

the two had walkd into the park, having a good look around, he had a good idea od where the dead drop would be located at, Harumasa had headed to one of the trees, and reached inside the natural cavity, feeling for something, till there was a an envelope, Harumasa had grabbed the envelope, on one of the sides was a logo, on the logo was the letters TFK, it somewhat stumped Harumasa that this logo was on the letter, inside the envelope was the jingle of car keys, sounded strange, but it was nothing " lets get outta here" Harumasa said, holding on to the envelope

The girl had a confused look on her face as she was unsure what the boy was exactly asking. Was he trying to get her number? Was he hitting on her?! Or perhaps he wanted to text to make things easier? So much doubt filled her mind that she was glad she had been seated. She was starting to feel dizzy just from overthinking things.
"I'm not sure I understand...are you trying to text...? Or do you want my number? I'm so confused...”
The Scottish Amazon rubbed the side of her head, trying her best to understand the male without wanting to offend him. She was very patient and kind, however, sometimes her patience ran thin.
Having accompanied Oda, he made sure no one was paying too much attention while Oda got the dead drop from the tree. He pretended to be texting on his phone, keeping up so he could use his peripherals to look out, but nothing caught his eyes and Oda was ready to go.
He had seen the logo of TFK upon the envelope and knew exactly what organization was helping Oda; The Finest Knights. He waited until they were back into the car to turn to Oda and mention something out of ear shoot of the public; just in case. "I didn't know you had connections with The Finest Knights. I only know of thier logo because I've worked with them in the past..."
