~It was only luck,~ Azrael sneers when a brand new sign appears before Dreadpirate. The weapon is stunned into silence when Dreadpirate sends back stunned agreement. He hadn't actually thought that that would work. EVERYWHERE, the last sign says. ~I wouldn't mind being omnipresent,~ his constant companion muses. ~You know what goes well with that? Unlimited power.~"No," Dreadpirate says. The world is a much safer place with the Bitchblade possessing neither of the abilities. ~Meeeaaaan,~ Azrael sulks. ~Just for that, you can rely on your own pea-brain to figure out what to do from here.~Dreadpirate has a horrible feeling he might be stuck here forever... OOC  My character's username: Dreadpirate My character's level: 5 Character's HP: 30 Current party: - Current Guild: - Location: Small IC description of character: Dreadpirate is tall, and neither bulky or slender. He wears the default black, gold and red of the Gryphon class, with hat pulled over his face a little further than most. His pale hair is in a ponytail over one shoulder, with a large gold hoop earring in the opposite ear - all in keeping with his obvious theme. For a pirate he seems overly serious, though occasionally a roguish grin can be seen. Has periods of appearing fascinated by his left hand for some reason... Onward, to the land of THERE, passing the same exact terrain as before. This game could truly use another environment artist. Maybe even dream-artists were subjected to dream-crunch, producing lackluster results. Maybe they went home to their dream-spouses after fourteen hour days and got dream-marriage counselling. Too far, Via. Too far. This one was a linear progression, from start to finish. No loops or repeats here. Vaguely, Asimovia wondered what waited for her as a reward, and if this was worth her time. YOU ARE HERE, said the sign. Well, it wasn't actually talking, unlike the one that had given InvisibleDog his starting quest. It was words painted on a sign. Weird that he had to differentiate, he reflected. It said YOU ARE HERE, but it pointed in the direction that he'd been walking anyway. Was that where he was supposed to go, then? Was he already there or was he on his way? This game was affecting his brain already. He followed the sign's direction anyway. InvisibleDog squeezed between another pair of trees. This forest was unusually thing, and the trees rustled and squirmed. It was a little creepy. Beyond the trees a second sign presented itself. THERE, said the second sign, and it pointed off at an acute angle, not quite back the way he'd come, but pretty close. That didn't seem like a very helpful sign, and InvisibleDog hesitated. But this wasn't a particularly logical world anyway. Maybe going back to the beginning was the way to get to the end.
He sighed and followed the sign.

The next sign pointed up. InvisibleDog blinked. It couldn't really mean that. Could it? Maybe it could. He tried stepping up onto the air, and found no solid footing. Okay, maybe it didn't mean that. He headed off in the approximate direction the sign pointed, but on the ground.
