GAME 2 Jil was fuming after her complete lack of fishing ability left her empty handed. She slowly slid out onto the ice where the glowing patches appeared. The fish were taunting her...... NO MORE!! Like a shot her hand reached out and snatched a pom by it's bony body! Turn: 1/2 OnionGrump LOL from a 99 to a 1! At least I got something. SKELETAL POM PLEASE. sn: iloveyoudie

Taking a break from the events, Cailean decided to explore some of the booths for a bit, and the snow and ice of this one definitely caught his eye. He quite liked the look of it, though a flash of something interesting caught his eye across the pond. He tried to chase after it, but something else brushed past his feet, making him slip and fall on the ice.
A bit uncertain, he brushed himself off and made his way back to the booth, perhaps he should have asked about such things before exploring.

DAILY CHANCE
Rhiannon wasn't completely sure why she even came back day after day. Maybe it was stubborness, maybe it was that artist's desire to see things through to the end, either way she was back, duffel bag in tow.
"Just you and me, Oscar." She stared at the Pom and it blinked back, then blew small bubbles on the surface of the cold pond. Once again she tried to grab it, but just like every other day, it swam away from her.

Returning to the booth, Pokerus picked up one of the rods and shrimp bait, and went about attaching said shrimp to the hook.
This time she wasn't paying as much attention as she should. Her fingers slipped, and the shrimp feel into the cold water.
Looks like she needed some more bait...

Now that she was paying more attention, she was able to thread the shrimp with no issues at all. With her rod set, the ghoul set the edge of the line in the water and scanned the area for more fish poms.

The fish pom was feisty, but the dragon was stronger. Yanking on the rod as hard as she could, the pom came flying out of the water and straight up into the sky...

Putting the fishing rods back in their place, Poke made sure her new pom was comfortable in her bucket of water before walking back to her fishing spot. She still wanted to catch one with her bare claws.
When one did jump out of the water, she snatched at the air, but the slippery minipet just slipped between her fingers.

Poke then came to the conclusion that running on ice never seemed to work out for her. She came to this after falling flat on her face and sliding head fist into the snowbank.
