Her final hit? Not that impressive, Jamie admitted as she dodged forward and stabbed the monster with her sword. But she bellowed out her cry, "BLOODY SLASH FROM HALLOWEEN!!" regardless. And blue sparks flew out of her sword like fireworks, making it look really impressive--it just wasn't much damage.
She glanced around, wanting to check on her friends but knowing it wasn't smart. This wasn't the time to get distracted--this was the time to attack. Maybe that's why she had a long sword for a weapon.

Melony ran up to her opponent and swung her scythe diagonally up, causing a pretty big amount of damage to the creature.

Kyohei frowns at the creature, "You again? I really truly don't want to do this." "Remember my wish? What wish? I barely remembered my name." She crosses her arms. "You seem to know way more than I do. Maybe you remember my wish?" Kyohei made a pathetic sound of fright, "W-what is that thing?! Fight it? Nonononono. I can't please I can't do this!" She watches other girls start to heroically fight the thing. Kyohei pulls out her weapon. It seemed puny and unable to fight such a creature. "Come on Kyohei. No one will mind if you try right? Better than standing around like an idiot." She grasps her weapon and begins to run toward the enemy. Kyohei hit the creature with her weapon hard enough to make her arms ache a little. Oddly it didn't feel weird bashing the creature with her weapon.
She thought it might be difficult to feel any sort of ease at what was going on but Tilly felt a knot in her stomach slightly loosen. She wasn't alone in this and that was a big help. Tilly smiled back at Maria and listened to what she was saying to the girl named Ridley. She looked at her book and had her own moment of quiet amazement. That book did look like it was very heavy, as they talked of spells Tilly looked down at her right arm. She still clutched the sword in it. The weapon felt as if it were part of her own body but beyond that she couldn't tell you anything about it.
The attack she got was brutal, hitting from all angles, cutting through her frilly uniform and even her skin. Jamie tried to get away, staggering and tripping, falling to her knees. There was black mist floating out of her body--each of the spots that had been hit were disintegrating, she thought as she tried to get to her feet again. She felt sick. At any moment she would lose her stomach contents--if there were any.
It was agonizing--seeming to last forever. But it ended in seconds, the monster's attention drawn to another fighter. Jamie staggered to her feet, half dead. The lantern she'd wondered about fell out of her pocket and dropped to the ground with a tinkle of sound. Blindly she reached forward, picking it up and looking at it.
Long, ugly black cracks were letting out black mist from the lantern thing. She knew, on some level, that she should be worried--but all she could think was that her eyes were starting to close. She was so tired...
Jamie stumbled again, away from the fighting, and fell on her face, unmoving.

Kyohei tightens her grip, raising her weapon over her head and brings is down as hard as she can. "Coooooooooooome ON!" She hits the thing again with pretty much the same effectiveness as the last hit. "At least I'm consistent." She shuffles back, breathing rapidly. All this fighting was getting her excited.
Hecate ran around in the dark, running into corners, looking for anyone that could explain what is happening.
A terrible shake ran through Hecate and then she turned around to see what it was.
A figure....a figure with some much....darkness within.
"What is that?!"
Hecate ran up towards it and jumped up high and saw....others? Attacking the thing as well?
Hecate's look got serious. "Well. Guess it's up to me to try out fighting as well."
With that, Hecate used her staff and attacked

Prompt 1
Makaniko slowly opened her eyes. Where..? Where am I? Aw, my head.. it hurts.. She took a look around the room and saw a little creature sitting next to her.
Oh my god, that thing can talk. was her first thought after hearing the voice of that little shadowing creature, without even knowing why she questioned this ability.
Feeling? How? Well, I don't know.. I don't even know where I am. I have a headache..
She didn't know what to think about that creature. It was strange, somehow. But it was her only chance to find out what happened and where she was.
Yes, please tell me what you know.
Makaniko thought she didn't hear well. Fighting? What the..?. She was a thin girl of 15 years. What reason should a teenager have to fight for? She didn't understand. But before she could ask more questions the creature continued to talk:
She hadn't noticed till now the little blue shining egg-shaped thingy down next to her. She picked it up and marvelled at it. It looked quite pretty. While looking at it she totally forgot the question about Fear. The creature continued its explanation when noticing that the girl wouldn't answer.
< Ah, let me explain a little better. There are many kinds of Fear. There is kind, benign Fear, taken from Humans, to help our world. Then there is a terrible type of Fear that would take without considering the balance between Humans and Halloween. >
So there are good and bad types of Fear? That was all she understood. And what has this to do with me?
< You have been chosen to restore this balance of course. Your weapon will help you do this. As a Reaper, skilled in using Fear in weapons, I'm sure you using this weapon is natural to you! >
A weapon. The next thing she didn't notice till now. There was a large bow lying next to her. But there was something missing.. the arrows.
After these words the creature vanished for now. Wait! Wait! Makaniko screamed but the creature wasn't returning. She was so confused but she knew that she wouldn't find out anything without doing something. And so she decided to explore the area in hope to find someone who could tell her more details.

Kyohei watched the other girls battle the creature for a moment. "This is amazing..." She glanced down at the weapon in her hands, What else can you do? Suddenly the handle of her weapon grew warm. It wasn't uncomfortably warm but it was enough to make Kyohei wonder what was happening. The spikes on her weapon started to grow in length. Kyohei held the weapon but began to fidget nervously, "This is good right...?" Almost like a response the weapon begins to glow faintly. "I'll take that as a yes." Kyohei rests her weapon gently on her shoulder and rushes at the monster. She swings, "Suuuuupernova SWING!" Her timing was a bit off causing only the tip of the weapon to hit the creature, but the contact caused the spikes to blow up in a show of sparks and smoke.
Within moments of her words to the crying female, Vera felt the voice of that shadow creature lurk into her ear. It was a sound she knew she would not soon forget even if she did not remember anything more than her name and basic human functions. And this thing wanted her to fight? How the heck was she supposed to use a weapon she didn't know anything about?
"Now look here! I don't know what game it is you are playing but..." Vera had turned her attention on the creature when something odd began to happen. A shape unlike anything she had ever seen had appeared as if from no where. Within moments some of the females around appeared to have decided it was a wonderful idea to throw themselves at it and try to 'fight' it.
"And there go the fools who answer how high when someone says jump." Vera sighed before looking back. It was then she noticed that even with this angry arrival, other females were still coming into existence wherever they were.
Vera watched as a new girl with a bow appeared to wake. She was just as confused as everyone else but one thing appeared that she didn't notice the creature yet. "Know how to use that thing?"
Closing her eyes, she looked down at the whip in hand and shook her head. "I hope you are good for something."
Turning back to the creature, Vera allowed her chain whip to uncurl before she let it snap out towards the beast.
Willow listened to everything the others had to say. They each made valid points on their current predicament.
It's baaaaaaaaaaack. Willow sighed as she turned to look at the creature.
"Wish?" She repeated slowly with a blink. Had she had one before all this? At first she stared, confused, as the thing seemed to short circuit and bug out. But that quickly turned to surprise as there was a new creature before them. "Oh s**t." She stared for a moment before coming back to reality and getting down to business. Running at the creature she raised her staff high over her head before bringing it down, bashing the skull against the creature.
She was about to respond to the other ghoul when something attacked. She had no idea what it was, how to go about this, but if saving people was what she did and this would help, she was game.
She rolled to her feet and took a running swing at the attacker, almost startling herself as the hit reverberated back up her arms.

Finally, she took a strong, wide stance. She swung her club over her shoulder and grinned. "Perfect pitch!" She shouted, swinging the club down and across the attacker, feeling a more satisfying hit than her last few. "It's outta the park!"
