Maya seemed puzzled. This wasn't a gym! This was a forest! And this elephant, well, was an elephant too. Maya blinked, giving the other elephant the most serious of expressions. After all, there must be something amiss if one of the other elephants was confused. Was that a thing that happened often?
"Well, I was hoping you knew. Being an elephant yourself. But maybe you're like me? I don't know what's going on either."

Like you? She tilted her elephant head a bit.
"So....you are not an elephant also?" Arynek raised her question. "I was a student before, but after the lights went off, I became an.......elephant? I have no idea how this could happen.........maybe occasional events created by the school?"
The shadow ghoul was a bit surprised about being turned into an elephant, and that happened on the others in the gym too. She believed the school did it, whether on purpose or not.......

Congrats on winning Ajax! He's awesome. Also I love Arynek's design. I only have my two quest characters at the moment. Maya and Yosuke. I entered the free student raffle too so maybe I'll get lucky and be able to have an official student early!
Maya paused, considering the other elephant's question. Well, she was an elephant now but it was reasonable that she might not have been before. But then how would you explain the sky, or the pretty grass, or Sandy Claws; her head was hurting just thinking about it.
"Well, if that's the case, then what about these other elephants? I mean there's got to be an elephanty elephant somewhere in here! Besides us I mean. Well. Wait." She trailed off, her face sporting yet another confused expression to it.
First the tea...then the pool...the really cold cold pool and then there was the lava...and the horse and there was something about a pool with that jacking shark and now...now there was the case of the elephants. Was this week just a horrible bad dream?

Perhaps her luck was already spent. She hadn't had any luck just yet. The gym was starting to filter out. Perhaps just one more try before she passed out.
