"Huh, so idiocy has a purpose after all." Laughed Eca, she hoped that would be true with the distractions part.

Soon there were at the fire fields, it wasn't hard to tell. There were particular flowers that only grew there fittingly called fire flowers. Ablaze, but would not burn up into ash. The weather was greatly sweltering, more so for Eric and Eca, neither of which were not accustomed to this form of extreme weather. Eric could walk through the strongest of winds, while Eca could survive the harsh frostbitten cold. But sweating out the extreme heat? Now way at all.

"Aren't you hot at all, Mina?" Asked Eric.

"Your armor's heavier than mine, yet you're alright. My skin would probably fry from the plates otherwise trying to wear something like that." Said Eric, perhaps there was something truth to the pregnancy length to environment theory Eca had going. He yanked Eca back to him, only seconds later did a geysers of flames erupt from the ground.

"Th-thanks." Stuttered Eca, that was too close for comfort.

"Yeah, no kidding." Said Eca with a nod as they continued to follow Mina through the fire fields. There were other close calls, but eventually they knew where to walk that was the safest.

They started getting close once their footsteps became wet with water melting from the cave that the leviathan was trying to create. The water turned to slush, from slush to snow, and finally from snow to Ice. The tremors for some time grew stronger and stronger, then stopped all on their own.

They were the only ones there and the Ice Leviathan was curled up, fast asleep. It's home not yet finished, but it needed rest. It was as big as the parent Centipedes, if not slightly bigger.

"You never told us they got this big."

"They are supposed to, they are as big the Phoenix's around here on Duon." Said Eca, answering Eric's response. She had to scratch her head over why this one was so much larger than commonplace Leviathans.

Eca began to laugh nervously, remembering she could walk normally thanks to her ice abilities. "Ah I uh, knew I forgot to add something." She opened her suitcase, transforming into her workstation. "Give me just a couple of minutes Mina." She said to herself, just like that, she was working on another project.

Suddenly, the Leviathan's eyes rose, it stared at each and everyone of them.

"Uh, Eca, I don't think we have time for that..."

The Leviathan rose up tall and roared violently, shattering parts of it's home in the process. There was something usual in it's chest however, a rather large diamond. That wasn't common for Leviathans.

"That looks familiar..." Thought Eric, he never saw one of these leviathans before, but there was a similarity to the flying dragons and other beasts that destroyed his world.

"I'm trying, i'm trying!" She said in a panic, her hands quickly, but skillfully waving about as she worked on the missing parts of Mina's armor.

The leviathan opened it's mouth the air began to cool into snow and spiral around it before being fired off into a beam of snow aimed for Eric. He dove out of the way, the blast freezing into a frozen tower of ice on contact.

"Not sure if this is a step up from the webs and acid of the days before!" He said angrily. Eric fired his gunshots at the beast, it seemed to do little effect on it all. The Leviathan charged and fired again, this time into the air. It began to rain large chunks of ice all around itself.

"Just a little more time. Just try to stay off the ground Mina. You have those wings now, but take this time to use em." Said Eca, an ice chunk was about to fall on them, but broke into pieces before it could. Eca's little workstation had a barrier surrounding it like a dome of protection.

During the falling Ice, Eric managed to climb on top of one. He tested out his weapon on where he thought a weak point was. The giant crystal in it's chest. It didn't flinch, but it definitely noticed him. It turned to freeze him with a beam ice, so Eric hid behind cover.

"So it is a Destroyer after all. Mina, aim for it's heart!" He said as he poped out of cover and firing at it's chest again. "And think you can do an Infusion? I could really use your flames right now!"

"Elemental magic on your armor!" She yelled to Mina. That being done, she was done with the pieces of the armor. Closing shop, she raced over to and slid the plates on the floor. "Magnets for now, just slide your feet on them, they'll heat the ground for you." She explained.

Eric looked at his arm, seeing his left arm have a spiraling flame around it. "Thanks Mina." He combine his weapon and fired it. However from the barrel came a flamethrower. "Whoa, now we're talking!"
