Kiera smiled at Amelie through lying teeth, and Amelie watched her in careful proximity before sighing and shifting back into her human form. "So you're really trying to help out, then?" Amelie wasn't convinced. Kiera grinned even further. "I'm here, aren't I?" Amelie was startled for a second, before she just sat on the bed once more. "What do I do?" Amelie would have mever thought it would amount to this. And Kiera looked to her mother pitifully. "Will it all away."

*Shorstraw wasnt sure what she ment by will it all away but he wasn't going to interupt the moment. Perhaps it was like a code. He looked to Veria, "thanks for letting me see what happned. I was worryed ofr just a moment there." He smiled. Veria smiled cutely lookin to him with big eyes with her head down, "anything for shorty strawy...." she replied. He shuddered.*

Amelie nodded, and grabbed back the covers which had been stripped from her beforehand. She snuggled into them tight, and hummed a quiet tune. "Shut the curtains, let me sleep for now. I'll come out when I'm ready." She said softly. Kiera understod every word, as she was the same, once before. She did as Amelie asked, and went over to shut the curtains, then, after taking one last look at her sodden mother, she left the room, locking the door behind her. She sighed. "My work there is done."

*Shortstraw looked up to keria and smiled happily* "You did greater then i thought with her. Okay whos next?" he asked. He already forgot the list she stated earlyer. Veria on the other hand rolled her eyes, "i don't need it, i never really cared for daddy too much. He was okay." she smiled and walked past shortsrtaw, kissed him ont he cheek and waved as she continued, "this time you don't owe me anything." with that she wen tinto her room with a giggle. Again he shuddered. "Okay that needs to stop it burns!"

Kiera looked to Veira leaving, and sighed. "People like Amelie are always a handful, and that's probably where Veira gets that particular trait from." Kiera began to walk down the stairs again, looking out the window. It was getting dark.. and she was tired. Maybe she should sleep before carrying on with her gracious deeds. Was it worth th visit to Eve yet? As she reachd the bottom of the stairs, she put her hand to her forehead. It really was quite an effort to think of others before herself.

*Shortstraw happily smiled, though she seemed to be sweating alittle bit. He thought becuse of getting wonded and perhaps it was alittle much to be up and doing what she had to get ameile to understnad her. And so he offered, "after the long day today... maybe becuse you might need som e more rest becuse you got hurt, we can take a break." He smiled in her best intrest, however it was up to her.*

Kiera looked back.to the boy, then sighed. "Maybe." She looked to the couch, her temporary bed of the moment. And then she glanced to the spot where Yuji disappeared. How pitiful. For a moment there she was a little motivated, but that came crashing down once she saw the couch again. "Yeah. Sleep sounds good." And so Kiera plonked herself down on the couch, forgetting about the eventful day she had.

*Shorttraw understood as far as the wounds and the eventful day. So the both rested peicefully that night, he slept ont he floor agian but he was fine with it. When he awoke, Keria was still aleep and he was still there without binging dragged off somwhere. The house the silent, too silent.*

Suddenly, a voice came from behind shortstraw. "It's a pitiful noise, isn't it? I'm afraid you don't know much of silence, not just yet." It's was Asher, and she sat on top of the couch, swooping her tail fom side to side proudly. "As for this poor dears father, well, yesterday was a dark day. Or a happy one for Kiera. Now she doesn't have someone to drag her back. Or. That is how she would put It anyway." She giggled.

*Shorstraw made a face* "Just shut up. I don't want to hear that when i first wake up." He crossed his arms and made a face at Asher. Then looked to Keria. She was at least now trying becuse he was gone, to help everyone else with dealing with things already seeming to change. That made him happy, he didn't care about what asher said at the current moment. He slowly got up and headed to the kitchen, looking for somthing he could eat. he didn't like the idea of just taking it in this house, but he thought no one would care right now. He ended up walking back into the kichen with a orange, peeling it open with his dagger.*

Asher shrugged, and jumped off the top of the couch. "Someones a little moody. It's just little old me, offering the greatest of wisdom when i can offer it." She made her way out of the room, and did a little whistle. "Oh, and cover your ears for the screaming." And with that, Asher was gone. And just as she said it, Kiera's eyes flickered around under their lids, and the screaming started. This woke herself up, and she quickly sat up with her hands clamped tight across her ears and the ringing from her own voice replayed over and over in her head. Surely those bloody dreams should have stopped by now. This was so stupid. A little sweat dripped from her forehead to the fabric, and she coughed in exhaustion.

*Shortstrawlookedto keria biting into his orange, "you know it only seems to happen to you when Ashers around... she just came in, you were fine. She jumped ont he couch with you, then left and it started." He pointed at her, "i think ashers up to somthing. Is there anything i don't know about asher and you?" He asked alittl worried.

Kiera sighed, and brought one of her hands to her face. "If this was anything to do with Asher, I would have destroyed that thing long ago. It's not her" she blinked a couple of times before lying back again. She stretched her neck and looked to shortstraw. "How long have you been awake?" She asked.

*He shrugged* "About five minets or so. Eh to get a orange" He showed the half eatten orange, "theres some mroe int he kitchen i fyou want one." He smiled, "feelling any better with the wound thing..." he asked makeing she veria actully did what she saidn and the fix wasn't temarary. Infact, "actully speakcing of which. He sat down on the arm of the couch next to keria feet, "i havn't seen Ms Veria since then..." he replied finishing the orange.*
