Boss? What Boss? Before saw something appear. And then he blinked. And it was over.

Well, Reine thought, good job, 0 + 0 was what?

Fail. The life trainee had struggled forever with the stupid outfit she was wearing, somehow or other she kept tripping over it, doing more damage to herself than anything else- one had to wonder why she had not simply taken it off, maybe because she felt like she had to do all the things, and that included 'fighting monsters in terrible cosplay'.

Unfortunately she hadn't managed to do any of the things, and after being thrown some distance away by the appearance of the ridiculously huge creature, something she was sure she would never live down, Reine managed to find her way back to where the rest of the hunters were just in time to see them take the monster down.

She was almost hoping for another one to appear.

Tori might have seen something, but she was too mad at herself and feeling stupid for failing at not able to hit anything. While she complained to her weapon, to which he was trying to make her feel a little better to realize that there had been a boss there. When she did really look there wasn't anything there as it was all over with.

Before gave the Lifer a weak smile and a light squeeze of her shoulder. "I-it wasn't just me, right? There was something earlier, wasn't there?"

"I think that you are right that there was something there, but its gone now," Tori replied to Before returning his smile for a little own of her own. "I just wonder to what it was. I'm starting to not like undead things at all," she added.

Instead of instantly dissolving the conventional way, the "menos grande" creature began to peel off in layers, one thick black piece of its gargantuan body at a time, literally shedding. As each piece hit the two sides of the ground around the split crevice, it finally began to dissolve, not into black wisps of Fear but instead, into masses of the same undead mobs.

In fact, all that happened was pretty much a revisit back to square one of the mission, the entire area around the trainees once again populated by hundreds of slow moving undead heading straight towards the trainees. All seemed futile, all hope lost, their struggles for nothing.

However, even in the darkness, there was a flash, a ray of light. Just twenty feet away was Allan, performing something of a balancing act on the other large "Menos Grande", who's head, from the middle of the body up, had split into ten different sections, each of them writhing around. It quivered one last time, as the Sun Leader buried his sword straight into its side, a burst of white light exploding from within its black mass, before it toppled onto the ground right next to the trainees, shaking the earth.

Allan had effectively made a bridge that straddled the crevice with the giant mob, from where the trainees stood at one split section, to the portal that on the other split section. He wasted no time cleaving a few of the smaller undead mobs between the makeshift 'bridge' and trainees, though said bridge was dissolving fast. "HI FIVE squad members, we'll take care of the rest!" He swung his weapon to gesture sword-point at the portal exit. There was a thoughtful pause as the Sun Hunter lead sliced and diced a few more undead mobs.

"Now, get on the hydra's back."

THE EXIT

- All trainees must now run for the exit! Unfortunately, there are quite a few obstacles underway, not to mention how fast the "bridge" is dissolving. Roll a 100-sided dice and match your dice roll to the results below. If you get the EXIT POST you are home free and back in the classroom, and can await further instructions. Otherwise KEEP ON ROLLING until you exit, or you're stuck here, possibly with Allan and Simon.

1-20: A mass of undead block your path, you do you best to clear a way, though more seem to pile up the second you have a chance to do so.
21 - 40: You trip over your robe, yet again, masses of undead nearly overwhelming you.
41-60: A brilliant burst of overly flashy white light from Allan's charged attack nearly blinds you for a second, you can't see what is going on, and are stunned for a few moments.
61 - 80: You nearly run into (THE TRAINEE/ whomever posted above you), on the way to the bridge
81-100: You finally cross the rapidly dissolving boss/bridge and make it to the portal, jumping through. Home sweet home!

Yeah. Candace was so done with this mission. She wanted to get out of this stupid outfit and into some normal clothes, ones she could actually fight in. Atropos was desummoned so she could run, only to come across more undead. Sighing, Candace finally did the one thing that would let her fight. She grabbed hold of her pant legs and pulled until there was a loud ripping of the fabric. <******** long billowy pants.

The undead were cleared out only for more to appear.

Damnit!

<Run. Keep up. Nona tires of this place. Nona is ready to be gently polished and then -->

Sasha ran. Sasha might've gone a little too fast, though, because before she knew it her face was pressed between a set of very lush, very soft breasts.

< -- oh... >

Sasha wheezed and made every attempt to pull away. How could someone so badass like Candace be so ... so soft?

<Oh, Sasha please. Please just let us enjoy this for a moment, please, Sasha, Nona is begging and will do anything, anything that Sasha asks. Nona will sing, just for Sasha. Please. PLEASE. NONA NEEDS THIS. SO BADLY, MY DOVE. THIS ONE THING, PLEASE? Nona has been so good. So good, Sasha, remember how Nona has been so good?>

"Sorry," Sasha choked. She couldn't stop staring at those breasts, probably because of Nona's internal screeching, sobbing and begging. "I am so sorry."

After slaying a measely handful of zombies and getting bitten, Wash decided to use his movie knowledge of zombie lore.

God, he never thought he'd regret skipping out on watching the latest zombie flicks.

The creature hadn't managed to puncture his coat luckily, but he knew how THAT went- if he took a real bite he'd surely become one of their teeming horde. And then someone would have to shoot him. Or something. Visions of being disemboweled or shot by his friends were unappealing, so he decided to wisely stick to defensive tactics.

Aka, he cowered behind Sally.

Hey. HEY!

He chose to ignore her, and cower some more, until some HORRIBLE GRISTLY BEAST was swiftly put away by the others thank God.

As whatever it was sloughed apart, it revealed yet more zombies. Well, s**t. None too gracefully, Wash turned tail to run with the rest of his comrades and promptly got tangled up in his costume robe. He fell to the ground, losing sight of Sally as she rolled and clattered to her side elsewhere in the fray.

He yelped as a strange and invasive prodding sensation pierced his nethers. Turning and pushing himself up with his arms, he was greeted by the rather alarming sight of a zombie who'd decided to give him a physical. Which brought back memories, which triggered his weapon to-

Cough! Sally commented helpfully.

Rep didn't need to be told twice, he knew the order to get the hell out when he heard it and made a mad dash for the way out as the monsters spawned all around. He really didn't want to miss the bridge and cursed the weight of Tracey as he ran - though didn't for a moment think of desummoning ********" he snapped with every single step, dodging and weaving like crazy, keeping his eyes on the prize-

-at least until he was completely dazed by one of Allan's ******** attacks. WHY SO MUCH FLASH BOSS he mentally snarled as he could suddenly see nothing but the flickering blue of afterimage, staggering to a halt for a moment to rub his eyes.

Hearing the question as he paused to check his guns, Simon, gave the Intermediate a measuring glance, "If you were unable to see and observe the enemy properly over the course of battle, please visit the infirmary on your return." Looking back to his leader, he began to calmly walk back into the mobs of undead, "Now run."

She thought that they had taken care of the giant one, but nope. It had to split into a many heads. Classic. It really was an anime; she was going to wake up any second now, right?

As she ran towards the portal, the undeads started chasing; soon, she found herself blocked as they closed in on her from the front. No matter how much she swung Kintama around, no matter how many undeads she pushed out of the way with her weapon, they seemed to just keep coming.

"SERIOUSLY."

Sasha let out a shriek as an undead approached her, swinging out almost in instinct.

And then she went back to staring at Candace's boobs.

Turning around to try to find another way out, Ariane found herself on the ground. She probably tripped over someone, but she couldn't tell who it was because more undead were quickly closing in one her like moths to a lamp. Swearing, she pushed herself off the ground and continued to run; ugh, she was so close that time!
