Xander looks at Buttercup and says,"I am sorry but I need to train with my powers I will see you later ok."Xander bolts off to train in a grotto near the field.
((with that i am off for the night sorry but i dont have internet at home.))

Because the lovely little flower is ʄ ɾ ε εsym Down to its root ↘↘ symphonic symphonic wind symphonicand in that freedom boldsymph  Buttercup watches Xander until he disappears into the forest. Sighing, buttercup walks over to her spot. Before laying down she grabs a couple of juicy bones from the wild boar and places them in front of the sleeping thunderbolt.
Smiling, buttercup lays down in her spot and falls asleep.

Roza ended her howl abruptly. She hadn't realised she had been crying until that moment, with a vicous snarl she lunged at a near by tree. The tree, an ancient oak, fell with a loud crash. Roza watches it fall and when the sound reaches her ears she bolts towards the den, running like a human's bullets were at her heels.

Because the lovely little flower is ʄ ɾ ε εsym Down to its root ↘↘ symphonic symphonic wind symphonicand in that freedom boldsymph Buttercup is startled awake by the noise of the a falling tree. she gets up and walks to the entrance of the den to investigate the noise.

Strongheart hears a crash in her sleep and she slowly wakes up, yet doesn't get up. She rolls onto her side thinking, 'What was that? Should I get up and check it out?...... Nah.... It's probably just my imagination.' However, she decided that she should check out what made that loud noise. Strongheart got up and stretched, walking to the den entrance seeing Buttercup and asked, "Did you hear that or was that loud crash just my imagination?"

"A noise startled me awake as well; I think it was something in the forest, though I haven't seen anything unusual yet." Buttercup replied, scanning the den's surroundings.

Roza ran swiftly, once reaching sight of the den collapses. Her breathing was ragged and her pulse was jumping wildly. She was very frightened by what she had done.

Strongheart looked out into the forest unsure of what was out there or what made the loud noise. She then said, "I hope that the humans aren't back..... Maybe it was just a tree falling or something..... I really wouldn't want to have to fight anymore humans, though I'd have to worry about healing as well as fighting." Strongheart then pawed at the ground and a few daisies popped up out of the dirt. Then she notices Roza collapse and she runs over to her sniffing her over and thinking, 'I wonder what happened?' Strongheart then asked aloud, "Are you alright? What happened?"

It took several minutes before Roza could answer, her breathing soon came under control. "I was....in the forest when.... I got really mad out of no where. Next thing I know I attacked a giant tree and it fell to the ground," her voice was very soft and very frightened, with a hint of sadness for her lost loved ones. She had avoided the question of if she was alright.

Strongheart looked at Roza with soft, caring eyes saying, "You sound like you need to rest. I won't force any herbs on you if you don't want them, though they would help to calm you down. I can carry you into the den if you're too tired to walk. Also if you need anything to eat I can go get you something."

Roza smiled grimly and tried to at least stand, only to fall back down with a yelp. She sighed, "If you want me to sleep, you will have to drug me, I can not truly sleep without The Nightmares," her voice was a soft whisper. Her stomach growled at that moment despite the warren of rabbits digesting within.

Strongheart carefully nuzzled Roza onto her back and carries her into the den back to the healer's area. She then carefully lays Roza down saying, "I'll go get the herbs for you." She then went to get herbs for Roza and came back carrying, a bit of thyme, camomile, as well as some poppy seeds. She set them down by Roza saying, "The thyme and camomile will help to calm you. The poppy seeds will as well, yet they will also help you to fall asleep."

Roza sniffed the herbs and asked, "But will any keep dreams away?" She began to panic, worried about The Nightmares that have invaded her little bit of sleep these past few weeks.

"Don't worry, I know the herbs smell bad, but they saved my life. I'm sure Strongheart will help you in the best possible way she can." Buttercup said to the scared wolf, trying to reassure her.
